Eurovision 2003: Running order draw 

Before the semi-final era (except 1996), the running order draws took place before the start of the national selections near the end of the year before the ESC. This draw was held on 29 November 2002.

Podrían recuperar el sorteo en vez de hacerlo a dedo adaptado a los tiempos de ahora y la UER como la televisión organizadora se podrían reservar hacer ligeros cambios para un show ameno.
