Monika Kusztelak I think that Albania is stronger because she has the voice, the staging has changed a lot since the first rehearsal (we have a lot of fire and an eagle) and last but not least she got the message. Emigration is not an issue only faced by Albanians but from the whole world. She is saying everyone to return to their land. Maybe not physically but spiritually. She is calling everyone out there telling them to not forget their roots. So for me its Albania 🇦🇱

albania will slay tomorrow and will be in the finals, lets not forget the large albanian diaspora especially in the second semi final the countries with a large albanian populations such as Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, North Macedonia and the United Kingdom are able to vote so i think Albania will make it through.

Not always staging is important. Georgia had a beautiful staging and didnt go through. In this regards, I think Albania will go through irrespective of the ‘simple’ staging. The song may not appeal to masses but it has an actual theme. Jonida sings it perfectly and except from juries, I think public will also vote for her especially Albanian diaspora. After yesterday’s semi final, everything could happen apparently!

I think it would be a sin if Armenia does not go through. Vocals are great and the song is good. Better than a couple you mentioned as your favourite to pass through to the finals. Same goes for Switzerland but for a different reason.
Switzerland NEEDS to make it. DOn't forget to vote if you can and if you like the song. Otherwise they will not make it and probably never want to do anything with ESC again.

I hope Netherlands 🇳🇱❤ many other songs bring so much light, smoke and other stuff to pump up there song. it's all about vocal/music. the rest you dont see on the radio.
Albania made it through ^^ and I don't know if the staging changed a lot between rehearsals and the 2nd semi final but I thought it was actually pretty dam good. The vocals were amazing, and when you have a nice song, you are a good singer and have a beautiful soul, no need for a tone og fireworks or whatever on stage... I am really happy that she made it through, it was obvious that she deserved to be in the grand final ^^
Think about it though If you have 7 songs and 6 are pop songs (essentially the same) and 1 song is like Denmark's ... 80 people vote 60 like pop songs and 20 like songs like Denmark's ...the 6 get 10 each and Denmark walks away with 20 So it does have a good chance of qualifying
Denmark? I don’t see it for me but okay. I think it’s safe to say Netherlands, Sweden and Russia are the only ones near-guaranteed to qualify. As much as I’d love to see Russia fail to qualify tbqh.
This year we were faced with the real eurovision standards: nothing is to be changed. Only the "Swedish formula is to be allowed"; if not, then everything is valid to prevent those changes so needed: including phone numbers not connecting; votes that are not added; EBU allowing a messy production and actively promoting shamelessly some entries; juries getting payed off by TV/recording companies/others to give access to some really bad entries; etc. This was the last time I've spend hours to pay attention to ESC, because I did believed that after the winning of Ukraine 2016 and Portugal 2017 things will starting to change. Last year, when Portugal finished last place, when Greece and Armenia didn't make the final and Israel won with "that thing" I came to realize that it has been the first sight that I was wrong. Now I do understand why countries such as Luxemburg, Turkey, Bosnia-Herzgovina or Italy (for many years) have decided to not participate. EBU and ESC are rotten and it's start to smell!
