How's that possible that everyone from this band is so well-spoken and comes across as such thoughtful and genuinely nice person? Not a trace of arrogance, or fake PR pose, or false modesty calculated to score points. They just know what good of musicians they are, and have a clear and realistic picture of the world around them, and just keep steady on their path, being true to themselves, and along the way, open, kind and empathetic toward the others.

Lord of the Lost is a band that we (as Germans) can be proud of - because they represent the kind of music that is typical of Germany. A foreigner asked to name a band from Germany would say: Rammstein, Skorpions and maybe Blind Guardian... but there are so many good bands to discover here - and one of those bands is Lord of the Lost. The result in Liverpool this year is incidental - we try to get "our band" to the left side of the board - but if they finish 20+ we don't cry - because we are proud to have them.

Why does it matter so much from which country a certain song is? And why means Germany automatically 👎👎👎? I guess you are right but I never quite understand…. 😅

@@Werderina I don't think anyone really understands, too much politics and hate. I have been watching the ESC since 1979 and I loved it. I loved the feeling and I didn't care about countries.
