If you had 37 countries with 12 places per 3 categories, what country was the one that slipped through the cracks? Edit: just saw that Serbia is number 13 here, so no country lost ^^
@@sunamphino1174 lol no. don't try to paint it as if Serbia gets underrated in Eurovision when in fact every single year Serbian diaspora and neighbors push them higher than they deserve. Last year they only qualified bc of that, and this year as well. Had this song been from a country that doesn't benefit from free points like that it wouldn't have made the final. She finished 17th ONLY bc she represented Serbia, same song from Azerbaijan would've been 12th in the semi.
@@crocodile_soup it's your opinion, and I have mine, for me Serbia deserve better because the song is just beautiful, but the fact that you use the neighbors's excuses is suprising me
@@sunamphino1174the fact that they qualified only bc of neighbors is not an opinion but a fact, you can look at the voting breakdown and see that. They got 12 from Croatia, 10 from Slovenia and no other country gave them points this high. Not to mention the 5p from Germany which most likely was just the Serbian diaspora in Germany. And they still finished 10th, so it's fair to say that if they didn't have their neighbors in the same semi they wouldn't have qualified. Same as last year.
Honestly, Ireland is so overrated. The song sucks, it only has a single part where Bambie sings that is repeated multiple times, otherwise the rest of the song is just screaming and talking. The instrumental is alright, but nothing special. The performance was absolutely fucking WILD, I understand that's it's Pagan but Pagans do not have demons in their rituals, right? Overall, it was very bad. But I guess that the point of Eurovision now is to be as crazier as possible, so I shall not be surprised.
