Jamala wasn't first place for jury vote and for televote she only won because of differences between jury and televote so not deserved. The most people wanted russia to win in that year
@LivingLanka Sure, it's not like Ukraine has one of the strongest vocally picks almost each year, great mix between folk music-other genres and just delivers great shows XD Also what personal opinion again? Jamala scored SECOND at public televoting, difference of ~40 points between her entry and sergey's Televotes did not pick Russian entry as the winner, it was almost evenly split between them, and just to remind you, jamala didn't won jury's voting either. He had not that big advantage above other contestants. The summary of both point pools was enough to grant her a win, without any schemes or "breaking the rules' (idk what's behind that one I'm not that desparate to dig a conspiracy shit out) Please, don't spread the "my opinion" shit if you're starting to accuse a contestant of breaking rules without even explaining what rules they've broke.
Finally some appreciation of Serbia 2019, The Netherlands 2022 and Spain in 2019 and 2023. All these songs were great and should've ended way higher than they did.
