In this video, I show you how I unclog and unblock my ears with ETD.
If the Eustachian tube is blocked or does not open properly this is called Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD).
Dysfunction is just another way of saying that it isn't working properly.
The air can't get into the middle ear, making the air pressure on the outer side of the eardrum becomes greater than the air pressure in the middle ear.
This pushes the eardrum inwards. The eardrum becomes tense and does not vibrate so well when hit by sound waves.
If the Eustachian tube is blocked or does not open properly this is called Eustachian tube Ear pain.
Symptoms:
Ear ringing
Ear buzzing
Dizziness
Earache
Popping sensation
Common Causes
Common cold
Nasal infection
Sinus
Ear infection
Throat infection
Hay fever
Do this 2 times a day morning and evening for 2 weeks and let me know how you get on.

now my right ear is fully clogged and i can hear barely with it, once i had my both ears fully clogged for 8 months and when i went to school i couldnt sit in the back bc i couldnt hear the teacher talk, i was lucky bc i was sitting in second seat up front and still had some issues when the teacher went far away

I had Covid in 10/2023. I lost about 90% of my hearing in my right ear and a significant amount in my left ear. Went to my GP and did a round of steroids with no improvement. Went to an ENT who put me on a round of anti antibiotics, no improvement. I have been doing these exercises for 3 days and have regained maybe 75% of my hearing in my right ear and my left ear seems to be back to normal. I am simply amazed and very thankful for this video. Was scheduled for a talk about getting a Myringotomy next week. I am canceling that appointment. Again, my most sincere thanks.

1 year ago my right ear became blocked. I could hardly hear at all and it was extremely painful when I lay down. I had an ear tube inserted through surgery. At first I thought it was getting better, but it's been back to the same situation for the last 2 months. I tried so many exercises but this one definitely worked. My right ear, which has never been able to hear, started to hear half of it on my first try. Those who don't suffer from this don't know what it is. Thank you Austin, I appreciate it. I will apply it for 2-3 weeks and write the progress.

Thank you for saving my son's ear. My son has a long history of ear problems, had a tube surgery and the tube left a hole in his ear. They fixed the hole but than a cyst developed after the surgery. They took out the cyst and replaced his ear drum with a synthetic graft. He had water accumulation while after the surgery. Doctor said that his eustachian tube probably not open. He used steroids to reduce possible swelling but no luck. We were ready for another surgery to open his esthetician tube and place another ear tube so he can gain his hearing back. I was looking for some info about how to open estachiain tubes and come cross to this video. I convinced my son who is 12 to do these excercises twice a day. He dis not like it but did it anyway. We were at the doctor office today for preop for a coming up surgery next week. Doctor was amazed to see that my son can pop his ear now and the hearing test results were almost normal. We cancelled the surgery. I am thankful to the person who took time to record this video to help others.

My ENT doctor has advised me not to do any exercise for clogged ears. He says that it will unclog by its' own and I'm also on medications. So I will not do these exercises . I have infection in my nose and ear so

After more than four years of constant ringing, doctors having no idea why I have ear issues, pointless ENT appointments and awaiting a hearing test, I had nothing to lose so I gave this video a try. It feels so nice to have pressure released from both ears, and to hear the sweet sound of local traffic, cars beeping and people shouting - the sweet sound of city living how I've missed you!! I should add, this video also helped decongest my nose as my hayfever was wreaking havoc on my sinuses or was due to my ear issues, either way my ears and nose are unclogged and I have my hearing back. I just want to thank u so much sir. I have been suffering from cervical spondylitis from 4 years which somehow started affecting my ear and I had dizziness all the while. With acute Vertigos many a times. All I felt that may god kill me. Many a times I felt that. How much life has been harsh, can't say. But then from last year I started oil massage all over my body, yoga for cervical and ear issues and watched your video and felt like something blocked got unblocked in my ear. I did all the exercise in the video but the particular exercise which helped me was pinching the nose and blowing out. This will pop your ears. I can't believe this simple exercise changed my life. I was able to hear some. My problem was that my own breading and speech was too loud in my left ear, I kept putting cotton balls in my ear to make it bearable, but I couldn't hear other people well. It was constant rumbling in my ear.

Hi. I had been strugguling with blocked ears, ear pain/pressure, tinitus in both/one ear for more than a year. scrolling through the comments I m thinking that sharing my experience will maybe be useful to others. I think is important to find the underlying cause of ETD, ETD is not really a ilness on itself, it's the sympton of an underlying cause .... so for me the problem was the nose - more precisely the inferior turbinates were way too enlarged and elongated due to hypertrophic rhinitis, that they pushed against the ET openings; I also had a bit of a deviated septum and a cyst on the left side of the septum (the left ear was where i felt the most pressure/pain/tinitus). Now after surgery i feel a significant improvement, even though it's still healing. So my advice is to go see an expert, or more that can find the root cause. These exercises are also great, as my ENT recommended some of them as well.

thanks for sharing about your story, yea etd/ear fullness is usually a symptom of a underlying cause which will be different for everyone, so yea to treat ETD once and for all, it is important to find the root cause and cure it

One day I woke up and could not hear in right ear. I used hydrogen peroxide to soak and flush 2 or 3 times a day for about a week, which did not help one bit. I figured it was clogged with wax very deep, so I went to clinic for ear wax removal. They looked and said that ear was perfectly clear all the way. Doctor said my eustachian tube was clogged with fluid not draining, told me to try Flonase and over the counter sinus tablets, which has not worked at all. I came upon this video and tried it, and it helped greatly!! The exercises where you close off the nostrils and blow is what seemed to do the trick. Thank you! Can't tell you how stressful it was not being able to hear out of one ear, especially when I'm an audiophile.

I've had a horrible ear infection (yucky earwax, itchiness, & funky smells in both ears) and this exercises made the pain and discomfort go away 95%. I’ve been battling with fluid behind my ear drum for 3 days now when I ran across this video. I was at the point when I was willing to try anything. So I followed the instructions as best as I could. I did it two times and on the second time my ear immediately started to drain.. and continued to drain until it was almost all but gone! @@margosugitachi9693 hi! gargle with water or sage hydrolate/tea in mouth several times a day, massage as mentioned in video as well. also otovent ballons helped immensely! treat lymph nodes with sage (on skin ofc) and gentle massage. chewing gums, kinda basic, but elevates if just a little negative pressure. and last, and the toughest, time. give it time to heal! good luck 🍀

Thank you so much! I am recovering from Labrynhitis and noticed my right ear has felt blocked for the past 7 weeks. I did this last night, my ear didn't pop but I could hear some crackling when I tilted the side of my head down. I thought it didn't work and went to sleep. Woke up for no reason at 4am head spinning and the same at 7am. I thought I was in for a rubbish day and thought my broken sleep was due to doing this. Anyway once I got ready at 8am I realised today is the best I've felt. By 2.30pm I blew my nose and my ear popped no issue and I feel so much better! Thank you 😊

I struggled for 8 months with my left ear clogged. After several rounds of antibiotics, Dr want to put in a tube. I did these for about two month It worked! Hear in from about 20% back to near normal. I then went to another ear doctor. She agreed. No tubes. Just keep doing these exercises as much as needed.

Not gonna lie, I thought this was ridiculous at first glance but boy am I so glad I gave it a shot. Both of my ears were clogged due to a cold, but right at one step before the last my right ear popped!!! Hallelujah!!! The left is still muffled but I’m gonna keep at it until it does. A bad cold left me with an ear infection. I haven't been able to hear out of my left ear hardly at all for two weeks. I've tried other you tube tips but this is the only one that has given me hope.
