日本の集中豪雨は都市部では内水氾濫河川氾濫してもせいぜいこの程度。自動車が流出することはない。下水道の容量を大きく設計しているので氾濫分を吸収するなどの機能が働いているので自動車流出までには至らない。最後の映像で道路への溢水は解消しつつあった。一部マンホール蓋から水が吹き上げていたがまもなく解消したと言う。海外の氾濫映像と根本的に違うところはこういうところである。今後同類の動画を注意深く見ていただきたい。
