Evaluating 2x2 Mixed-Factorial Design Using Independent-Samples t-test in R 

This tutorial shows a statistics "hack" in which a 2x2 mixed-factorial design can be evaluated using an independent-samples t-test with a difference scores as the outcome variable. Here, we focus on the HR context of training evaluation -- and specifically evaluation of a pre-test/post-test-only with control group design.
