Sir if it is asked to write for dimensions of PA then we HV to write scope and nature or smthing else???

good question ! Dimensions of PA means how far and in what ways it touches lives of people, or its role in governance, public policy, etc U r right...u may write about its nature, scope, significance...also you may touch upon Dichotomy of 'public' vs 'private' and 'Politics- administration ...these dichotomies also relates to dimensions of PA...good wishes;

Sir I think policies should formulate in region wise so that government will audit easily in situpilated time other wise no benefit gets the people for whose the policy is formulate.

Sir I have a query : RBI is a government owned entity .... it doesn't make laws but issues regulations, circulars and guidelines ... which means apart from being a regulatory authority, it is an excutive body ? Also , if it is an executive authority , the recently created Regulations Review Authority 2.0 (set up by RBI itself ) whose mandate is to review the regulations, circulars , etc. Of RBI is going to do internal evaluation of RBI's policies ?

Yes, it will evaluate the regulatory policies of RBI to ensure less regulatory costs and burdens...this is common practice with regulators in developed counties....regulation has its cost, burden, and negative consequences...for the regulated entities, and common people...regulators may carry out cost benefit analysis of specific regulation or entire regulatory system...
