The Latvian judicial system was evaluated by three organizations: The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) which conducted research on commercial law regulation and International Monetary Fund (IMF) which performed an assessment of the Latvian insolvency system.
