María F. Gradillas Valdez i know, I saw it coming too. like I was mad the whole season because I knew it was gonna happen, and when it happened I cried. As someone of the lgbtq+ community not everything needs to be gay. like Really they were good together and gay stuff doesn’t need to happen to make a show relevant and interesting. straight relationship work just fine but I knew a lot of people shipped them just because it was a gay ship.

Right I loved Evan not because he's part of the straight couple but because he's just better for her than Iizzie. He's loves her so much and they help each other grow as people. izzie just feel like an exciting but fleeting High School Romance

I hope that Evan is endgame because even though I love vi representation and the lgbtq community it feels like now a days that’s all it’s about it’s like to have a good show you must have an lgbtq character that’s that’s just not right man like it feels forced in some shows this one included like she has to cheat on her healthy relationship with her boyfriend to be with this girl and I get it experimentation and stuff but I kind of had hopes that this show would make it so even if she was bi and she had thoughts about her best friend and wanted her she noticed that she was in a healthy stable relationship with her boyfriend and choose her boyfriend cuz as a bi person that’s the kind of representation I need due to the whole bisexual people aren’t a thing and if your bi and dating a boy your straight thing it would teach many people that you can be bisexual and have feelings for girls but date a boy

I ship Evan/Casey but what’s typical is having straight romances in practically everything in media. LGBTQ+ representation may have started growing in the past several years but it isn’t extensively popular to the point where its been as normalized as a heterosexual romance.
