I don't understand why people are blaming Jobby for the swivel spam. It's not like he said "go forth, my subscribers, and annihilate the comments section of RU-vidrs with SWIVELS!" I personally don't mind the comments, I find them hilarious, if only a little irritating. I just want people to consider that you may be tarnishing Jobby's reputation on unrelated channels and causing creators that notice these comments to judge our swivel saviour without knowing how amazing he is.

I could be wrong, but I suspect that the "churros" on the shoulder armor are the needle guns, same type that Unit 2 had in End of Evangelion.

The thing in the non knife shoulder is a needle launcher. It was only seen once briefly, used by Unit-02 in End of Evangelion

"Docking Frame" It's the same structure used to move the EVAs through the catapult system in NERV HQ. The *Positron **_Rifle_* (not to be confused with the far-larger sniper-like *Positron **_Cannon_* used against the 5th Angel during Operation: Yashima) was briefly seen/used in Episode 22 of the TV series by Unit-02. The version of the Positron Rifle seen in _this_ set (and the same episode) is also slightly different from how it appeared [briefly] in the planning stages of Operation: Yashima (where it was turned down for use because it wasn't able to handle the power load necessary to pierce the 5th Angel's AT Field). The right utility wing is a replica of the one-time-use dart launcher Asuka's Unit-02 used in _the End of Evangelion._ (Since- as you correctly pointed out- Unit-04 has never been seen on-screen but only mentioned in dialogue *_DAMN YOU ANNO-SAN!!!_* any physical releases of it are usually include other unseen or duplicated weapons from other sets, with only a _very few exceptions_ over the decades.) The umbillical cable provided with this set is actually not necessary, because Unit-04 was supposed to be the prototype for a self-contained power source [SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS]. Perhaps a mention is necessary that the SoC EVAs were just about the first figures released in the then-new Soul of Chogokin line. So obviously the design and construction techniques Bandai uses have become refined over the years!

The positron rifle is used in episode 22 @13:46 by unit 02 for an angel that is in orbit.

This Swivel stuff seemed fair when I thought Jobby assumed his "responsibility" on his own terms, but now, seeing those coomers tweets prints blaming him for it, I just can't help feeling bad for Jobby for having to tank those assholes because of his fanbase. Jobby, I know that by now that's all in the past (probably) but I want you to know that, for me, you did absolutely NOTHING wrong and had no obligation to apologize in any way, shape or form. Unit-04 got swallowed in a Dirac Sea, during an S2 engine experiment, trying to make Unit-04 usable without an umbilicale cable. Also Unit-04 is most likely a female. All Eva's souls are the mothers of the pilot. And it's a sister Unit to Eva-03.

I am so late to this but in lore 04 is the twin unit of 03, and like 06, their major appearances are in the pachinko(pinball) machine that's exclusive in JP, piloted by Kaworu She might appear to save you whenever you get a bad roll (?), and if you google it she prob has the most weapons out of all EVA, all appeared in pachinko machine only
