I love sauntering and filming random views of Evanston, Illinois, this serene small town of Chicago suburbs. This video, a collection of the video units I took randomly while I roamed in Evanston, Illinois in June and July 2023, represents such a way of relaxing of mine.

Evanston has always been a slow-paced and delightful small town to me. I hope my audience feel the same serene, relaxing atmosphere following my perspective of viewing this charming small town.

I was just there last week. I live in Skokie, which is just west of Evanston. It's nice there.

@@PerpetualSolivagant , yes indeed. Everything looks familiar here. I lived close to St Francis hospital in south Evanston .

A great mix of people! Super diverse. Food, culture, and architecture(Frank Lloyd creations) lake access and Uni culture in downtown are great. Run, bike, swim, kayak and boating all accessible. Ive moved around Evanston 3x. To the nitty gritty down South close to Rogers park, up close to Wilmette. Just love itLOL. I miss it terribly.

I love Chicago’s skyscrapers but I love Evanston’s small, college town feel too!
