So our very first Dare 2 Defy is this hateful stage, I initially plan to get it over with quick through Rinoa nuke but I decided to put my trust evasion strat to the task.
The idea here is to build evasion to evade the threshold "concentration" which reduces your team's buff duration by 2T (while also reducing the debuff duration of the boss). Anyway, Galuf and eight can evade that easily, sadly Rydia will have to take the debuffs and buff reduction.
The other issue is the boss Force Time and their recast attacks. The recast attacks are guaranteed attack and regardless of whether you have any form of debuff evasion (Lenna, aerith, Yuna fr, gladiolus buff), the debuff "enhancement down" will land which has a chance to prevent your party from buffing themselves, so the only way to block this debuff is to "buff clog" your party, hence it's what I did with Hope LDCA.
Also, during the boss Force Time, they will instanuke your unit if you have a unit that drop below 30%(?) of their HP, which is important to take note since I'm running Galuf.
