for anyone wondering 6 trillion isk at the moment is roughly 32 THOUSAND US dollars

It’s unfortunate, but on the corporations side they all stepped up to help everyone who lost jump clones. Goonwaffe may be bankrupt but the players in there are still afloat and playing so not all that bad. It’s going to suck for the guy who comes back after a 5 year break and realizes he has no clones though.

0:18 if the those are all BPOs, then the estimated price is WAY off. The Sotiyo alone is 100B. 0:57 the hangar has 224 items in it with 1 selected. This is why it shows 5.4B. If you use that number times 224, it would be roughly 1.21T. 1:26 the hangar with the 5 titans shows 8B for the whole hangar. IF those are fitted, they're almost 200B each, so 1T+ for that hangar. That was a nasty theft. It could have been a lot worse IF he could have transferred the structures to another alliance. IE: Judgement Day for CO2.

The number is much closer to 7.5 trillion. You have to value the thousands of pods destroyed in the total. If you want to get even more technical you can double the amount as Jay's best option is to sell the stolen items back to the Goon population; adding insult to injury. He should have made a list of all the containers that contain “worth it” amounts of stuff Having to click on all containers to see if he wants to loot them and going to the next cost him a lot of time

I get the stealing and the betrayal is part of Eve. But at that level ? I'm no goon but stealing that much from guys that trust you and with woom you been playing for over 10 years ? I find that behavior pretty pathetic. This guy is not only stealing from fellow officers, he is stealing from hundreds, thousands of players that worked for these ressources for god knows how long. Low human behavior in my eyes and I would not be in a corp that has him on board.

The estimates at the bottom of the screen on a lot of what he took is very wrong. Those estimates are based on market data and for some things like capital ships where there are none on the market, it will value items at scam buy order prices which can be way off.

Pretty confused what I'm looking at. So, he was in Goonswarm Federation and had access to one, or more, Keepstar's hangars, stole all the ships and items. How many Keepstars did he steal from? How did he move stuff to Jita? Was he able to sell the capital ships in Jita?

The issue is , ton sof us loved Jay, stealing from alliance ok fine, you know eve, fucking over line members who sat with him, sometimes, because of him, for hours during battles, who lost faxes and other shit when his fac super got dropped, (told him it was bait) he's just stubborn and too much money, but the worst part here is, the actual love he lost from so many people he didn't have to fuck over. regular joes

its pretty much 10-12 mintues of looting you can see the server shutdown alert near the start and he is basically done a few min before the restart when he pulls the core , i dont think any 3rd party tools were used , he would also have to be a complete idiot to publish the video if he was using 3rd party tools , what amuses me is i dont know basically anything he loots thats not a ship lol subcap life

It sucks this can happen in EVE, as there is literally zero recourse. There is nothing the victim can do after and nothing that can be done to the offender. There is nothing you can do prevent it either. No amount of vetting can prevent it from happening a year or three years after you recruit someone. The mechanic is absurd.

It's a pretty weak way of making a foot print.
