Built a similar Praxis to this after watching yesterday, though I am not an Alpha so I didn't need some limitations and I changed things up a tad to fit a Grapple + Web combo and non-fury missiles to stomp the frigate wave asap. There's enough time to reload the RHMLs to fury before the boss warps in usually. Good fit!

Honestly the mining rewards are awful, the combat rewards seemed meh. Exploring as usual was OP and the only one worth doing for isk, get a null sec noise filament and pochwen express your way to billions in a 30 Mill ship.
Thought I was going mad. Did 20 hi sec combat sites averaging 4-5 mill a go. Getting some people writing the range is 15-100 mill. Where are they running these? Tama? Did a bit of exploration and that was better by a mile.
This is how you know someone doesn’t know what they’re talking about….. go to null sec in a 30 mil ship for exploration? You obviously don’t know how to take advantage of these sites
An alpha clone can get to around 550 dps with standard missiles and 380 with reload. There isn't any reason to use faction ammo for pve anyways. And no alpha clones cannot use T2 weapons, as those require the specialisation skills which are locked. You also use T2 ammo. So I don't really know why you choose a clickbait title to have new players watch your stuff and then go "Oh that doesn't even work" So if anyone thinks about this, do test the fit yourself before you spend money on the ship or any module. His dps is around 300 more than what an alpha can do. Not to mention that his tank skills are probably also above alpha level. On top of that most alpha clones wont even have alot of skillpoints above 5 million. So any Alpha watching this, do not try this fit, you wont be able to do as much damage and this flimsy tank will mean your death.
