You really can't just flutter about in null sec especially in brave space like you're in high sec. Watch local, watch intel, watch the grid before you warp. There's literally a small gang of neuts on your overview at the start of the video. Being this careless makes you lose ships. People are risking and losing their own ships to save you but i seriously doubt why they should if you are completely clueless to the fact that other people play this game.

Ace, you need to peel off your local chat window and put it somewhere you can always see it. Essential. One tip is to highlight everything in the window to make it easy to tell if anything has changed.

Why are you ratting in a system with 72 people in local? With neuts in system? Here I thought you knew better. EDIT: OMG I DIDN'T KEEP WATCHING. BRO!

Hunters always roam null sec so afk/semi afk ratting is really risky. Find a quiet system, preferably one with 1 or 2 outgates. Join Intel channels and Dock up as soon as you see a neutral or red in system. Also Ishtar might be a better option as its much cheaper than Gila.

With the tank on that gila you might be totally fine going without AB. Saves you about 4-6s on warpout. Does not help with warping back to your inevitable doom though :D

Ratting in a "home" system teaches bad habits, like assuming you have friendlies that will respond, not paying attention to local / dscan, and most dangerous of all- complacency!

A casual day in null sec for me was taking jump bridges around in a drake ratting and scanning for ded sites. I was in goons when they built the eye of terror. A jump bridge network from VFK Deklein to 6VDT Fountain back in the day. I would also use the network to look for offline POS modules in a falcon. Alliance peeps would give me 20% to light a cyno and jump there freighter in to scope the loot.
