I've experienced first hand those tactics, had gankers scan me down and show up at my site without me being able to detect them. Since then I know this can happen, but was nice to see it explain how they do it. Thanks!

It's shockingly scary how easy and fast it can be done! That's why you gotta spam defensive d-scan so often and hope you see the probes in the few seconds you have to spot them! 🤨😎

Wrecks finding with dscan are so time consuming that you're better off just going into a site and make your own wrecks 😁 Also I never been able to locate one because they are aligned only with 1 point and being able to create third location to align with the site and the first point is sometimes impossible.

Yeah that's one of the tasks that's actually easier in a slower warping ship, as that makes placing the mid-warp bookmarks slightly easier. Trying to place a pinpoint bookmark in a 12 AU interceptor is.....problematic 😅😎

Thanks for the video Cade, most informative and also most pleasant to listen to. If you saw a fleet of 8 Tengus on D-Scan along with sleeper wrecks and thus obviously running sites in the wormhole, how would you go about finding them exactly and warping your own pvp fleet to engage them, especially if they are flying aligned and to about 2k/s. Haha, rather obviously it's me in the Tengu fleet and thus I am most keen to know the exact details so I can better prepare. I hope you can help me. I'd be happy to run some experiments for vids if that will help you. :) :D Also, would their heavy precision missiles backed by 2 precision scrips in 2 guidance computers per Tengu be a threat to your tackle? You'd find them pretty much the same way. Use one of the Recon ships that's immune to D-scan to d-scan them, then drop combat probes right on top. For tackle you'd want probably a Lachesis for the extreme point range, maybe a couple Huginn for the extreme webbing range. If you know it's gonna be 8 Tengus then you bring a decent number of people(!) A mix of recons and cloaky ships would do nicely. Do keep in mind that PVP aint my area of expertise 😆😎

Thanks mate. I'm looking to understand how they come to land on me so closely despite going 2k/s. To find me lol, they don't even need to do that, they can just wrarp to all the sites and see which one I am at. It's that positioning I am trying to understand. I'll test the heavy Precisions on my own Interceptor and see what happens cause I have no problem with NPC frigs, I don't even bother usually with the Precisions for them, but seems player frigs are different. :) :D @@CadePlaysGames
