EVE Online - (No implants) Cheap Gila with MWD for T4 Abyss

Wow, this works! I have been doing T3 comfortably on the live server, but T4 was always too scary for me. I tried several other fits on the test server, but the death rate was just 100%. I tried this fit for 3 runs on the test server, and I survived all of them! There were some close ones though, especially the drifter room and the sansha room, where the K. Tyrannos and the devoted knights have such high DPS... I did have HG Crystal A-E, wonder how it will do without them...

I spent a few hours trying this on the test server. I died every single time to Karybdis. I have Shield Management, Upgrades & Operation all to V, and the remaining shield skills to IV. I notice you barrel straight toward him to orbit @ 500, rather than coming in at high transversal. I'm trying to do the latter, but generally I am wrecked before I can get too close. Not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong, but 'll keep trying. Thanks for this video.

Been running t3 electricals for a bit now and was thinking this fit is near enough what I fly anyway. Cheers. One thing I've noticed i was running gurista sites between filaments but was getting bored and in about 30 sites had no escalations switched to running the sites in a light ion blaster cormorant and suddenly flying if fun again and I've had 3 escalations in 10 site!

Will it work well if I replace the microwarp with afterburner?

Do you need a 400 eph tank for t4? I only get up to 200 ehp form fits from torvald uruz.

Would you consider this build viable without the Tech 2 missiles? Also, have you encountered the EDENCOM rooms yet? I had a similar Gila fit get trashed today on a T3 Electrical because I rolled an EDENCOM room. Only difference with tank was 100ehp shield boosts instead of 150 (on the fitting screen) because I didn’t have the shield cycling rigs.

can i use the prototype arbalest rapid launchers instead of t2 launchers and also my power grid is over by like 40 and i plan to only use the Imp navy infiltrators no tech 2 . Can i still do t4 electrics?

Been trying to learn about abyssals... but one thing that is confusing me is that all the stuff I watch that's like 2+ years old use thermal damage. But I've been watching some recent stuff that's using kinetic instead? What is the correct damage type now? Has it changed since these older videos?

quick question: i know most trig ships have a thermal resist hole, but isnt it still better to use (in this case - electrical sites) EM missiles? with Gallente Cruiser u get a 50% damage increase on your missiles, but since these are t4 sites, they get a 50% EM resist hole (which would make it about the same dps minus that extra bit from their hole) up to 70% (meaning more damage if i math out ok)?

Why you use flame missiles instead of mjolnir? That bonus dps from gila skills is worth it?

So, the "Move Me" trick you did on the test server, where were you typing to reach that?

I have no experience with tier four abyssals, keep that in mind. But I run a passive shield Gila with a faction AB for tier 3's. I run an empty clone with three heavy missile launchers, a damage control and two faction drone damage amps, and I can tank Karen all day even with smashing hits. I use an MTU, and if it's a bit slow, you can always grab the faster tractor speed MTU. My thinking is with a passive tank, you remain sturdy with a dry capacitor, and benefit from a smaller sig; with MWD, you glow like FedBois at the Klan meeting. If your SP are low, you just have to keep your traversal high, by spiraling in, when approaching the rats that inflict hurtful strikes, like Karen. Oh-- I have a strike range of 59km with launchers, and 77km with drones. Be careful orbiting Karen, because everytime I see that hoe in T3's, she's hugging the hurt laser borders of the abyssal space. Just keep traversal and go back and forth parallel to the border wall. Inside 7km she has trouble even hitting you as long as you keep traversal velocity.

hey... this is a good fit I try it in real server and their is 1 problem .This fit has very low capacitor and if they scram you and you don't act fast your are dead ! I die cause of that , to many ships and you must know the names of all ships you have against you so you know what ship do what , and this is too much , you always need to see who scram you and act fast cause in this fit no capacitor , even if you have 1bil worth of items you are dead.... every room is 50% to make it alive so is not easy as you thought...
