I am solo, so I don't have the plus of a corp or materials and structers to do the whole tech two thing. I have made tech two copies. I have gone ahead and made tech two ammo, a few modules after buying what I need. Its okay. I enjoy building what I use. Anyway always enjoy your content and its guys like you that keep me going. Have a nice weekend.
I am really never stopped running a solo character, I have started building tech 2 ships with my gifted pacifier I got from project discovery. I have always made my own ammo and drones, and built all the free ships you are handed out every couple of days. Cerise
Thanks for this. Just started doing tech II with research etc with the support from my corps. You put meat on the bones. Like the skill explanation too. IGN Chandler Solo
Another great guide. Providing inspiration once again. Industry for me has been mostly about building ammo and frigates for use. I love making my own Herons and have only lost a few so recently I have sold a bunch of them. However, since going into wormholes, following watching your van life video and the Guristas hunt, I have picked up some interesting blueprints, including a couple of Gecko ones, which I intend to use. Next up will be trying research and copying now I understand a bit better. IGN Spinny Oza.
I've just started doing industry with my alt "Veronica D Vaughn" and it's kind of scary since I heard about the changes. I'm just researching everything I can get my hands on at the moment. Thinking I will head in the direction of making T2 stuff for myself, and maybe trying to sell T2 Fighters. I don't think I will be able to go in to capital production, like I really wanted to when I started going down this rabbit hole.
Nice little summary. It's been quite some time (ahem... years) since I made BPC copies and didn't know you could not only change the runs per copy but the number of copies as well with a single job install. Similar to your experience, I stick to modules & rigs when making T2. I think I've only built a couple trig ships as T2 - they were profitable at the time anyway, though I made for personal use.
It can be, I deleted all my spreadsheets and concentrated on stuff that convenient to build for us to use more than sell. Keeping it simple helps or it will drag you in deeper xD
Never even tried industry as im only a poor alpha but id love one of those skins and im an avid follower of your good self my alt is BARRY monk...cheers mark and thanks for another great vid
IGN Sawyer James Leon. I like to build big ships. I’ve built, all for myself, an Orca, obalisk, and bowhead. I recently found an orca bpo with 5 of the capital parts for it 5.7 bil in bpos. I’ve built the ships really just to have personal goals. I plan on trying to build orcas now that I’ve got the prints.
Great info, and yes please to a future "beginners" industrialist skill video. Not going to lie, the ins and outs of industry are very interesting to me, but I find that a lot of videos gloss over the skills and techniques to become a semi-successful industrialist, for example the making of BPC's, the use of BPO's and the like. As I am relatively new to Eve, the industry thing is like drinking from a firehose, hopefully following some of your videos will assist me ... much like your various videos on LS and WH exploration!! IGN CouperAngus
Thanks for the videos, man. Yours are some of the easiest to follow. I have suspended my industry efforts for some time now what with all the changes lately but I’ll get back to it once things “normalize” I suppose. Meanwhile I’ve been grinding missions, exploration and abyssal dead space. I am also resuming my PI production now that the market is seeing a revival of sorts. IGN: Bane Novastar
They have made it more difficult to be self sufficient in manufacturing as materials are now more spread out, but this should just encourage market engagement to sell excesses and buy shortfalls. xD
.Hello sir... Been playing since 2005 and tbh still learning....Like most!! Love your vids as you don't waffle!!!... Mainly am a mission runner and miner/industrialist... IGN Korvan Avaron..
You need to buy some containers such as Giant Secure Containers, then name them. Also when you use them in a ship they take up 3000m3 space but hold 3900m3 so you can maximise the cargo load. Other containers are available :)
I‘m just trying to get into industry and trying to learn how this all works so this has been quite helpful. Doing some research on rigs right now and maybe I can make my own Tech II ammo soon. Science skills will still take some time though! For the longest time I would rather train combat skills instead :) Should you do another video on this, I would like to learn where to get which BPOs (NPC stores and whatnot). IGN: Fuzzy Rockets / Take care!
I’ve just started industry and mining/hacking in wormholes, so a long way to go till I get your skills. Looking mainly for myself may start selling depends on what I get to manufacture In game J H Star
My only personal connection to industry are the ships I buy for pvp but I still appreciate the Indy guys, partially because they provide such great content at times :P ign: Dragonon Vaporiso
I've dabbled in industry but find it to have too many moving parts, it's like having a second job. I prefer to jump on and do some PVE at my leisure. Enjoy your videos, IGN: Jurtis Kames
Yes I avoid ship building for anything other than convenience and then only upto Drake max. I guess it makes sense that the bigger you want to build the bigger the structure you need to support it.
I love industry and I skilled my character for it rather extensive. Though it never comes to growth one way or another. Would love to see more video's from your hand about this. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! IGN Alda Baran
I have a few Blood Raiders Abaddon skins. Kinda cool. In game name Aleena Eshal Andven. They are sitting in Rens. You have a toon that would like one Dad? Hit me up in game and let me know. Gonna give you something for a change. Current market value is one for sale at 25 million isk in Hek. I would not pay that, but its Minimatar space with the chronic shortages. Its not Jita........ Sorry guys, its Dads channel and over time he has put much into me learning things I did not know about. I will hold on to the rest.
I have been turning out T2 bps for a while. I decided to get into R&D side of industry. I think I have sold more prints then I have built anything IGN JonReese
I mostly only research bpo to increase value and generate passive income, such as Hyperion. I don't do much other Indy, but maybe I should. IGN Nate42 Vyvorant
