You def need a grappler. A smartbomb in one of the high slots is also super helpful for frigate spawns. If you're running beacons you'll need to be in an organization that can provide support. They'll most likely have recommended fits

What are your thoughts on the upcoming t2 capital ships? Dreads and capitals already seem like endgame ships; what's the point of a t2 dread? As for why you can use t2 capital missiles, it is likely because you have t2 torpedoes trained. Missiles and turrets each train very differently. For example: Medium Energy Turret covers all of the different pulse and beam lasers, but medium missile launchers require individual skills such as light missiles for rapid lights, heavy missiles, and heavy assault missiles.

Industry rebalance - t2 requires different stuff than t1. should be more expensive than t1 but cheaper than faction. way less insurance payout. almost nothing t2 resist profile most ships got t2 variants, except caps/ supers for people with 200mil SP who can fly and own most ships in game those t2 caps will be the only thing they will train for/ want to buy... probably will need dread 5/ caps 5 to fly it

can we build a dreadnought in HS and then fly to LS or NS ? For a solo player it's almost impossible to build a capital ship directly in LS or NS.

As far as I'm aware you can take capital ships everywhere except pochven which is why I love loving here

You can't build a cap in highsec. You can, however, buy some caps as a solo player from low/null.

My Dual Giga Pulse Laser II Bomb Rev with T2 Siedge module have 8600 dps and 2,9 mln HP. with only one Heat Sink II module in Low Slot, once I add my mig grade pod I have 9k dps and 3,9m HP.
