Some of my thoughts: 1. The 5 mana on her is super good since her regular build uses two relic slots to get to 3 starting mana. This means that the 5* power gives you two relilc slots on her. Very cool! 2. I don't know why so many people are saying they wish her "6 allies die condition" was different. She is already very strong because tempest blade is broken on her. I cleared a 6.5 adventure with her once, and she did not get any crazy powers. Any 3* champ able to do a 6.5 adventure is already too good. What do you want? To be able to stund the entire enemy board indefinitely? 3. Sometimes you can get screwed, like when you don't draw Evelynn or when they kill you first turn husk, but thats how the champion is. You should not be able to have super strong AND super consistent. 4. She is not super fun to play for me. The game feels too non-interactive, like playing solitaire instead of lor.
if you put buru and the formidable relics you can play out your first two turns like this. turn 1 summon sultur/domination/vora summoning a 3 health husk (relic and her 4*) turn 2 summon Sultur killing the first husk creating one in hand and summoning another 3 health husk summon the husk in hand its now 8 health summon prey its a 20 health unit. thats before you level any champions or add powers into the mix the goal is to husk husk unit if you do the husk stack with one proc of Evelyn's 3* that same prey will be 32 health. i put this scenario forward purely to show how she can scale stats very effectively with her 6* iv got a theory crafted build involving condenser and her relic in mind if i every get her 6*.
ok get cooking. Yea you can def play the angle of SoS since the husk start off with defense and no attack. Each level up give both attack and defense. good points my dude!
They should have several champs in the chamber. They should more be trying to time the releases properly lol So im hoping Fiddle has been in the works for awhile, but was probably buggy lol
They removed the 2 mana dragon for Siren Song if I see that correctly, I dont know if you said later in the video but is the first change I noticed, cuz playing that dragon was troll since you want the husks to die to Eve only. Also now the 2 star now count only allied followers over any follower, let's be clear, getting an enemy follower was really useless. I am so happy about Eve, I have high hopes for the upgrades and maybe a brand new relic like they did for Yasuo. I like her "When I level up" relic build, but I think you can also go Orb + Gauntlet + Tempest Blade. Also I like the idea of Welcome Gift as 4th/5th star, is basically the effect of the 5 mana Eve follower (I dont remember her name) that gave every husk a new keyword
They also swapped out the phantom prankster and added in Ceaseless Sentry (I think Sentry is more of a replacement for the dragon, since the dragon had philosopher's stone, so it's the replacement draw card)
I only pay attention to the husks lmao but it makes sense on some of those changes, most of the time, you wanted husks as the fleeting card, or if you hate spiked, you get that unit.
I don't want to say what it is because I don't wanna spoil a non-official announcement, but we do know a lot of other stuff we're getting thanks to datamining (a bunch of leaked content has shown up on the reddit). I will say I'm excited for the full reveals with the patch notes today. EDIT: PVDDR also told people on the LoR discord that the 4th star is the same as Heimer's (+1|+1 to created allies) and one of the nodes makes Eve's champ spell cost 3 less (so it looks like Echoing Spirit could be good with her, makes sure you draw her, and extra copies become free strike spells).
I think the 4 star would just be the start game summon 2 husk power. And the relic would just be the succubus’ brand to make it more in theme with husks
I like the relic choice, but the husk power could hurt if you dont do Turn 1 eve. Then you can get 2 ally death on another units thats not Eve lol BUT you will never get 6 level ups with Eve so it might not be that bad. We need to get a Average on how many level up does Eve get. Im thinking like 2-3. so it might not be so bad.
Eve is def coming, but there is normally two champs. One old and another new. But this would be like new new, like Vex and Illuminated. Fiddle would also likely be Runeterra as well. Crazy to see what they will do if they go that route.
Looking at how evelyn works i wish she was a 2 or 3 cost unit ngl or her level down condition at least changing to how many allies you yourself have killed instead off how many have died
I like Eve. But playing Eve first round is very different to playing her 3d round... For poor people first 2 rounds are very stressfull: on one hand you need to defend your nexus, on other you don't want your units die before Eve is out... And if you don't draw Eve at all - you are fked. Seems they are not going to fix any of those issues for f2p... Her epic will draw her at game start, so again "Don't you guys have wallets?"
thats the issue with most champion dependent decks. There is a huge difference with Jayce& heimer , then Eve...She has a super strong effect, but you need to draw the champ. Thats why there was a big change from more POWER relics then just relics that the unit needs to be present on the field. To me they needed to make husk pop up more often.
@@JinxDidNothingWrong True. A lot champ dependent decks will suffer if you are not drawing him. But with those decks, at least, you are not limited at stalling the game, trading units, defending the nexus, waiting that champ to come and carry the game. But with Eve deck, each dead unit w/o Eve on field is a straight reduction in the future power of the whole deck. And even if she comes when you have already lost 6 units, her presence will be not much help in winning that game.
