Call me weird but I hardly ever sneeze and I feel like I have to but nothing ever comes out. If I sneeze it’s usually at the same time as a cough and it’s so unsatisfying. Hey fluffy. Be careful holding your nose when you sneeze. It’s much better to let the sneeze out. Holding your nose puts pressure on your ear drums that can damage them. At least that’s what doctors have told me because of my horrible allergies. It’s much better to have tissues or just let it go with your nose cupped and sanitize them if you don’t have a tissue. Just what I’ve been told. Don’t want you to damage those earszies.
