Thanks for liking the video. I should say, yeah that video was actually a response/commentary to my own very old Player History video I made so it wasn't so much an explanation on the lore as it was just correcting my mistakes. If you want more direct info, my more recent explained videos detailing countries and Wild magic are more in line with that along with my videos I've made about the upcoming movie in the Roble Holy Kingdom Also yeah even that correction video is outdated now and we've had even more info that needs updating such as Surshana being confirmed as level 100 and one of the Greed Kings definitely being an Elf. There is so much that we have to infer in the series, that it IS hard to say for sure many things. Like Cocytus going around Brain's frozen statue, we are sure he did it out of respect, but its never flat out stated. Or Renner poisoning the orphans, we are sure she killed them but its never spelled out for us.

I would love to see more lore reaction. btw since that video was just him correcting past mistakes, I`m gonna add some short information. 6 Great gods were the first ones to be transported based on the current info and they saved humanity from extinction and most of them died due to old age. 8 Greed kings came 100 years after the Great gods and started a world conquest and killed most True dragon lords and added tier magic, and died for some reason. Goblin king was mentioned in the light novel as a past entity that shocked everybody by his strength and had a ash branch and with it he even killed some Dragon lords, it is debated that ash branch is the world item known as "World savior" that grows infinitely stronger the more you wield it. Minotaur sage that tried to create modern technology and gave up because magic did it better, but he still made magical Refrigerator and a few more things, and he could create tornados with a swing of his axe. he also created the minotaur nation. one unnamed player that was killed by Deep darkness dragon lord and the dragon lord took his world item. and the 2 members of hero party that he just explained.

Please continue to react to more overlord lore videos. I will be watching all of them for sure. Also on an interesting side note. There is a theory that Mega cooperations that run the Yggdrasill game from 2138 Future post apocalypse Japan that ainz is originally from, has a hand in players appearing in the new world. Its called the Bellriver - Megacorporation Conspiracy.

isn't bellriver the one of the original 9founding members of Nine's own goal and was killed irl becoz he stumble upon some megacorp secrets. and that incident also spark the conflict between ulbert and touch me becoz of what happen as some members cant trust touch me

@@Celicia-gd4tx Yup. Its a whole separate rabbit hole. Potential Spoiler Alert!!! Apparently Bellriver found some damning evidence against Mega cooperations and told this to Ulbert. Who in turn told this to Touch Me who was a police officer/Detective in real world in hopes he could do something. Unfortunately the timing was bad. Touch Me had his first child during this time and in fear for the life of his new baby and family he did not take any action immediately. Eventually the Mega Cooperations caught up to Bellriver and had him assassinated. Ulbert accused Touch Me that his inaction caused the death of Bellriver. Thus leading to their conflict.

The runes are a dying art because they are expensive to make as well as hard, tier magic and regular magic items use techniques that are much more cheap and accessible. Edit: So, the web novel is half canon, if you want details that don't appear in the LN they might appear in the WN and ar most likely applicable however, that's a somewhat general and very nuanced rule, example, Albedo doesn't even exist in the WB. Maruyama when making the LN slightly altered the story so that the original WB readers could also read this new work and be a different experience, instead of just a more polished and official adaptation. The base world and story is still the same though, how it develops is what changes and the WB is darker, also made with partial feedback and input from the readers, such as what would happen with character X after an event. Humans are one of the weakest races physically but, they are perhaps the most adaptable one of the reasons is that humans have the "jobs" system while heteromorphic ones have race levels/forms/evolutions. Levels for the NPC on the guild are not collected over time, guild bases are made out of conquered dungeons, the stronger the dungeon the more levels it has for the players to use with NPC also, the construction of said base must obey certain rules, such as, having a clear passage from the entrance to the end of the base, how it's done is how the players will it to be though.

The dragon lords might've not even been max level so it's a stretch to assume they were and because of that the 8 greed kings were as well. Also, the greed kings had the NPC to help as well as more knowledge because they knew themselves and also probably had a good idea of how dragons fought because of the game on the other hand the dragons knew next to nothing about them and were most certainly super arrogant and negligent thus with this and other indicators that were mentioned throughout the novels it's probable that the kings were in fact NOT max level even though they were probably high level, maybe between 80 something and low 90s. As far as we know they were also not one of the top players of the game and not from one of the top or middle top guilds since each of those guilds seem to have characteristic features, such as the guild bases, which would be instantly identifiable. The 6 gods were even weaker btw. Their advantage was that multiple players came each time and that they were being heavily underestimated and even ignored since they were from a race near extinction. Humans might be able to learn rune magic, but that's Dwarven tech and thus, they keep it for themselves, even now they only allowed their dwarves to work on it under supervision and it was only allowed since Ainz can exterminate them and also gave them a really profitable deal and even then they were super reluctant and would almost prefer the tech to disappear rather than share it.
