Everyone can see the Injustice thats being done by the Judiciary. If this is happening with a sitting CM we can well imagine what will happen to an ordinary Citizen. Scenario is Pathetic. Never thought of all this in todays world. We are going from bad to worse.

ED & CBI should hold or collect inputs or competency before arrest. Petitioners should be punished if there are no merits in the case or outcome and subsequently a defamation case to be filed. Respondent wasted his rights to live in the Jail and even faced severe health issues. How can it be compensated to the sufferers.

Nyayalaya aur Kacheri ke cases bahut kam ho sakte hain yadi dosi par CBI aur ED dosh sabit nahin kar paati aur court nirdosh sabit kar deti hai to un adhikariyon ke khilaf court saja ka pravdhan kar de jinohone nagrik ko pratadit kar ke jail me dala hai?

Most of the jugges lacks moral, guts & honesty. ED is not omniscient & omnipotent authority like Modi who claims to be unbiological. What judiciary conniving with Ed or CBI doing tantamounts to entertaining those who want to see Arvind on custody.
