Two years ago my mother was bitten by my father's girlfriend her intentions were to kill her but it she couldn't, my mother suffered from headache, pain, my aunt rushed her to the clinic they told her that she need some pills because of her bruises and all her injuries in her body,we couldn't take her to the hospital because we didn't have money to pay, she'd sometimes lose her mind and would do weird things like wanting to go to work naked, it used to hurt me every single day since I am the first born I'd have to make sure that the house is safe especially when it at night I wouldn't get enough sleep because I'll have to make sure she's safe, my father had left the house I was now responsible for my siblings and my mother too, most days I'd cry I wish that I'd get a helper, someone who'd help me financially I ask God for a good Samaritan who'd buy my mother good medication that will help her get back to her senses 😥I remember this one day at night I heard a voice saying pray for anything and it shall happen I never hesitate because I knew what I always wanted I remember I was sitting in the living room I kneel down at the sofa and began to pray, next morning my mother had recovered 🙌🙌I never believed in miracles before but this actually gave me the reason to believe 🙇🙇Praise Be to God....

I was homeless, a university drop out, an addict and I remember some winters sleeping in the cold wishing that the sun should come out. I was the cause for all my troubles. But even today I am fighting addiction through the grace of the Lord I am a year sober. My journey is beginning again to develop myself. But through all that I have been through I remember praying to God to help me with the addiction I had. I am not where I want to be but through the grace of God I am not where I was a year ago. Sometimes the heart has to break in order to heal. Because without the break there is no release. You have to crack the shell to get to what's inside. And it hurts like hell but its so worth it in the end when you realize why it happened.

My mum passed on on 5th January 2020. On Sunday at around 8p.m . She was full of Faith, incomparable Faith . After battling cancer and defeating it for nearly 8 months and being declared cancer free. Only to be attacked by acute stroke and was doing good on her recovery. But on that fateful Sunday she developed breathing problems at about 6:30pm yet the whole day we were laughing. Only to be rushed to the hospital and declared that she had passed on upon arrival to hospital. I cried so much and asked God so many questions but I'm here to say that even when life hurts bad, I'll praise Him. He has a reason for everything and He restores our joy. Stay blessed.

I just recently lost my 32 year old son on September 1, 2019. I was seeking a song or something to bring even just a little bit of comfort. I came across this song and I've found exactly what I needed in such a time of unbelievable pain. Each morning that I awake, I've told myself that even when it hurts I'll praise God.

I had moved from a beautiful large new home into a small apartment. I'm a big, muscular man so you can picture this. In the throws of my anguish God reached down and touched me like never before..ive known Him for a long time having been born again in 1975. I jumped to my my feet filled with rapturous joy and began praising Him. The sense of His presence was overwhelming. It was as though I were born a 3rd time. From that point to this day I've found that I can Praise my way through anything. It may be hard at first but there are things (steps)that can be taken to help bring the victory. Saturating yourself with uplifting music and anything edifying..staying away from things that don't like the dreadful news. We were told these times were coming. Im hurt and in pain, i met a man whom i fixated my mind that he was my husband, he was still married but had separated and he told me, assured me that the marriage was OVER, now after months of emotional abuse, lies, disrespect, adultery, more lies i am pregnant with his child. I am only seeing who this man is, i feel i was asleep the whole time and only waking up. It sounds like im making an excuse but i really was not seeing all these things about him. I had to go speak with this mans wife and apologise to erase this sin. I was taken for a ride, the wife told me they are separated but he has never stopped begging for her to come back into his life. This is a lesson to everyone, just because he says he is born again and breathes the word doesn't mean he truly has a relationship with God, if he says he is married... RUN. Im dealing with the pain, the father of my child is a married man. Illegitimate child, people are saying 'shame' i hate it. I need to overcome this mountain before me and i believe i will sew the glory of the God on tbe other side of what is before me now.

Lost my beloved father because of Corona virus 💔 on Saturday 3rd July 2021 and this song came in my mind the minute we got the heart breaking news . He was buried on Monday 5th July 2021 . I can feel the emotion and the struggle of this song. I love what she said that sometimes it's sacrificial praise. I've been through one of the darkest times of my life and God's grace has been overwhelming. What a feeling praising Jesus in the midst of the storm. Praise God!

I was molested at the age of 7, I never processed it as a teenager, or even as a young man. I wasn’t raised around role models in the church, my grandma might of had me say the Lord’s prayer once before bed, but nothing much after that. I found the Lord at age 24, and I’m 31 now. My walk with the Lord revealed to me that the moment I chose to never speak of, could very well be responsible for the mentality I developed towards sex, women, perversion, and sexual immoral endeavors, like Pornography. I was always worried what it could mean to my family..he was my Grandmother’s husband, my uncles father, and my mom loved him so much, unconditional love, always so grateful when he offered to help us in any way. I was afraid of speaking the truth, but no more. I told my family of this atrocity that had fallen upon me at such a young age. Although it only happened ONCE, the image remained. But there is no pity necessary here today, yesterday, or tomorrow, for I stand here today Redeemed in Christ Jesus, I stand firm in his Glory, I stand tall in the redemption of my past transgressions. The Lord pulled me away from the worst things about myself, and the more I dove into Christ, the more those things began to fall away, by the sanctity of my Salvation.
