Fits perfectly rear-facing in our truck, which has a slightly smaller back seats. ru-vid.comUgkx6_FKRYB2ClSPRyjcd8HptiCS3EiQoNX4 Feels as comfy and plush as our Graco Contender carseat.
I believe you did the last step incorrectly. The two harness straps have a loop that gets attached to the metal bracket. You don’t just slide the strap through
This is helpful and clear, but I think it's missing a "Step 0". I am borrowing this seat and the two shoulder straps have been removed from the bottom of the car seat (i.e., the metal part at the end of the strap is out and not secured to the seat itself). I need to know how/where to put them back. Your video has them both already installed, and then you thread them through the top.
I washed my cover and re threaded the straps...but when I tightened them I realized it won't tighten enought for a newborn baby. So I thought I just did it wrong...but I did it the same way you did so I don't know what's wrong.
