Qin Haiyang does it again! This is his 14th consecutive breaststroke win in a row. He swept the 50, 100, & 200 in July at the world championships in Japan, the same in September at the Asian games in China; and now his 8th win, in the third leg of the World Cup - Great swimmer! Peaty is showing better form - his 3rd podium in the 50☀️👍
Matt Sates is the best young swimmer in the world. He broke two junior world records in 2021, and he is leading the Swimming World Cup ranking in 2023.
I really can't give this sort of competition any support as a "WORLD" champion event. Look at the swimmers missing and then look at the competitors, just irrational!
All meets are important to the lead up of The Olympics. No athlete can compete at every competition, otherwise they would have to be in multiple cities at the same time. It all depends on their individual schedules.
@@sistagalsistagal8136 I said "CREDIBILITY" when you get a majority of second tier athletes, who are good, but not up to world class standard, competing at an event touted as a WORLD CHAMPION event, it AINT CREDIBLE!
Depends on the event - I'd say in the men's breaststroke, they had the best of the best in the world @ all 3 World Cup venues - Berlin, Athens, Budapest.
