I have basically self diagnosed myself with seborrhoeic dermatitis. My scalp produces large flakes and itches constantly. The flaking also happens on my brows and forehead. One of the recommendations was sea salt spray, and I noticed a HUGE decline in the flaking and itching! So I use it regularly now.
