@@kingofsouthside5407 you can let a deer live because they eat plants and aren’t harmful, but baboons are highly aggressive and dangerous, if left alone they spread at an unnatural rate.

Baboon numbers are out of control in some areas of South Africa,no natural predators. A little research will show the damage they do to human food resources,it’s similar to wild pigs here.

Couldn’t agree more, 50 Cal is overkill what a mess! Look for a baboon of that size I would definitely utilize my .22 ruger long rifle which is just as lethal and yet leaves a clean shot, afterwards you take a selfie with your trophy and ruger then it’s off to the taxidermist…

Quite the contrary here in Cape Town South Africa very much a pest but heavily protected we've got guys employed to follow them whole day with paint ball guns to keep them out of people's property
