EverFoam Restoration Process
Step 1: Surface preparation
If the existing foam system is deteriorated or damaged, remove all affected foam by scarifying. Remove all loose debris from the roof till there is a clean and dry surface that is acceptable for foam.
Step 2: Spray foam
Apply Everest SPF foam at a minimum of 1.5”. Allow an inch of foam to cure and go over with another inch of foam. At the internal drain openings, the foam shall be ground to a smooth slope for ease of water entry. The foam thickness shall be checked with a depth gauge every 500 square feet prior to coating application.
Step 3: Base Coat
The Everest base coat is to be applied to the surface of the roofing foam in uniform passes. The base coats and top coat shall be of contrasting colors to assure uniformity of coverage.
Step 4: Top Coat
The Everest top coat is to be applied to the surface of the roofing foam in uniform passes. The base coats and top coat shall be of contrasting colors to assure uniformity of coverage. The top coat color shall be white where required.
