You are right Anup. But in the old days we might not have gotten a chance to hear her voice at all. At least in this era, through TV and now through RU-vid we are lucky to hear her magical voice. She doesn't need whole world to appreciate her voice. I truly believe that those who understand music will definitely appreciate her voice. I for one feel lucky to be able to hear her sing these old songs with such composure while singing from heart and keeping the meaning of the song intact.

How can you appreciate such a singer when you cannot find words. She carrys the simplicity of Lata Ji. What you can hear in her voice is not just music but humility, down to earthness and simplicity of a kind that is so few and far between in this era.
