Thank you for this video on Evergreen. I think the expense of adding utilities could be a concern as well as the winter driving. As for well and septic however, we are currently on those where we live now, and I would consider those to be of minimal concern in terms of maintenance. One other concern about Evergreen that I believe to be at the top of the list would be fire danger. Thanks again for all the work you put in to create these videos.
