Another Swedish band that did a song with Floor is Soilwork. You'll love this one, "Let This River Flow": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--yXB7CB6DmU.html Pay very good attention at the 2.19 point....
Please react to Ayreon, The day that the World breaks down. Then react to the 11 singers individually. That would be great. Start with Avantasia, The Raven Child. When you get a chance of course. You won't be disappointed.🤗❤️
It's been a good Floor day today on RU-vid. Next: "Eternal Nocturnal". "The Paradox of the Flame". ETA: If you want heavy try "Weightless" and "King of Errors".
Her ability to meld her voice with whomever she’s is duetting with is just incredible. Course it helps when your voice has so many colors/timbres like hers. Plus, she is never tries to overshadow the person singing with ...just doing her part of the song.
singer tom englund is a cool, wise and humble person. he is in "floor finds" no.6 here on yt and has interesting stuff to tell. great singer and guitarplayer too. his voice reminds me of the late chris cornell.
Yes, he and Floor talk about mental health in that one, as Tom took a great deal of schooling in Psycology, therapy and related subjects. Tom is a really interesting guy.
As suggested by John Miett, "The Day that the World Breaks Down" by "Ayreon" is a blast and perfect song to experience by you. It has 11 main singers featured (including Simone from Epica, ...), various music style, lots of instruments including Cello, Violine, Grand Piano and is a pures masterpiece. It's also on THE list ;-)
Floor is great there. I highly recommend Floor's YT channel to you. There is a very intelligent discussion with Floor and Tom Englund (the singer/ songwriter of Evergrey) about songwriting and mental health issues. There is of course other excellent stuff too. Happy Easter! ⛄🐣🐥🐤🐇👍
See, I knew you'd like it! Did I mention that Hannes (Floor's husband) before becoming Sabaton's drummer was Evergrey's drummer? Next: Eternal Nocturenal. Also, as suggested earlier, and now again by John Miett below, please react to Ayreon - here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oFuMKdrzPqU.html
Have you checked out Floor's side project Northward? While it's a hard rock project, they got a ballad on their LP, which she performed live (without the second member of the project: Jorn Viggo Lofstad). The song is called "Bridle Passion": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LE20mmn4LA0.html
I lurve Evergrey. The latest Album and I particularly like the one before 'The Atlantic' . I like to listen to whole albums more than single tracks. A bit time consuming for a reaction, understandably.... I like the way on some tracks where they start of really pile driving a kick arse beat, but it blends into a really melodic and really beautiful song. Check out songs like 'All I have' or 'Weightless' or 'Black Undertow'. But really I've yet to find a lemon among their songs yet. So far I have 9 of their albums. So I'm gradually building up my collection.
Next is from the same album as this, my favorite. Passing Through. Another song is an older one featuring Tom's ex-wife, For every tear that falls, the live version.
*Next EVERGREY video? "Eternal Nocturnal", without a doubt. I also highly recommend: "Transmissions" [Official Music Video] by THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA. Greetings & Stay safe.* 🎵🎹🎸🥁📢🎵🌟✨💿🔊✅⚡🔥🔥🔥🤘😎👍
Floor is awesome and I think u can see a little baby bump. Hannes was with Sabaton at this time. Tom taught himself to sing because the other singer wasn't with the band anymore. You should react to him singing Here comes the rain again a cover from the Eurythmics his duets are under the name Silent Skies.
