Ranger Tips: 1. The big DOT spell is a waste of mana, the DOT spell that puts a damage shield on the target of target can be useful if you, or the tank, need extra agro. But as a general rule, DOTs are a waste of mana because they cost too much and, when you are killing right, will rarely go to duration. 2. Use all arrow spells you can on different timers 24/7/365. 3. If you are in a situation where you are tanking (extremely rare I know) remember that arrow spells=arrow damage...they can proc headshot and get the same damage bonus from the mob being tanked. If you hunt 3-4 xpacs back you can tank rare mobs using a shield and taking advantage of the tanking arrow bonus from the arrow spells. (find all spells that say they do arrow damage for "x amount" those are the ones that'll do a crazy good damage/cost ratio and hold agro easily if that is a concern. 4. The "double damage" rule applies to all mob types, not just humanoids....but headshot is the "only Humanoid" thing. Rock on.
Around 100 exp is mostly from quests to 125. Per kill exp isn’t great slowly goes down to about .1 a kill at 111 then add a zero or two after that. Quests give like 5-40% of levels depending on the achievements.
