It's important to understand that from a legal perspective there is no exclusivity until Textor sells his shares in Crystal Palace (This is why Textor was able to do his interview about Everton). It does not matter whether he has signed contracts or not, those contracts are not legally binding until he sells his entire shares in Crystal Palace. He reckons he knows who the two people are who are going to buy his shares, and it could be done in a week or two. If that happened, then there would be a period of exclusivity with Moshiri until he either buys the club or if Moshiri decides against it. The important thing is that Textor will easily pass the fit and proper test with the premier league, because he has already passed it with Crystal Palace. Textor has asked Dyche whether he could manage top quality players, or players from south america.There is a reason why the press conference was delays by 15 minutes (Chong did this to placate Dyche who was pissed off about what Textor had said .) Dyche will be gone, end of story regardless of who comes in (5 wins in 9 months since 15 December). Everton will never progress while Dyche is in charge.
