The black steel structure is a wind baffle, also with the trees planted right by it, to dull any strong winds blowing down the side of the stadium walkway

I think it is a wind baffle? It looks like they are worried about the location on the river and that part being a wind tunnel.working in Old Hall street for 30 years the wind could get so strong it literally blew people off their feet

Bloody hell if that is the media centre it is bigger than Barcelonas.must be expection big euronean semi finals or more likely rich folks seats for taylor Swift concerts,shake your jewlery in the front rows
