The reason Green Power was taking all the villages and then Hungry Bois was taking them was because with the new(ish) update, the kingdom who wages the war/gets the war declared on gets every village that anyone in the alliance takes.
Hey, just an idea, also add an Immortal to each kingdom that also gets a trait, (that way you actually open the char screen and we see some cool weapons made with the minerals) and how about you make the results compounding? Like a roguelike - year 10 they got regen - if year 20 they are last again they get regen again and then coffe, etc Makes the buffs have more impact at the end of the game. Also turn on angry villagers so a win on a war is harder and not as rewarding.
The way alliances work are extremely broken as the first person in the alliance to declare war will get all the land, even if their ally's army took it. This creates an extremely unfair war as kingdoms still have to fight for the alliance, but cannot receive any land. EDIT: I made a mistake, you actually can't turn off alliances, only diplomacy. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused. I haven't explored the update thoroughly. EDIT#2: I saw some replies saying that alliances are fine the way they are, and I could understand why they would say that. However, realistically speaking, a nation wouldn't be in an alliance unless they get some sort of benefit. While alliances in Worldbox does guarantee protection, alliances can be broken very easily. I just hope that in the future Maxim can balance this feature, such as adding penalties when breaking alliances, or allowing different nations on the same alliance to split the defeated nation.
This being the top comment is a little annoying because there isnt way to turn off alliances in the game lol You can only turn off Diplomacy which means no one would declare war 😅 if you know of a way please let me know

video idea (probably taken): every time the civilizations go to war or break an alliance, or something similarly bad, punish them with a disaster basically, a god takes disciplinary action.

You should do a video where you have 4-5 starting kingdoms exist and fight for a last man standing, then turn on rebellions for 50 years and see what happens and who wins
Lemon people are op they can spray lemon juice in your eyes and you will wish you were dead if they were eating black pepper or hot peppers, and you would smell amazing to eat too
Gold has a debuff effect because it makes them not work because it like someone gets a lot of money and that money is enough for the person to not work again
You should do a video where you put somebody in a Arena and they get a trait, but nobody else in the kingdom have traits or get traits unless they were born from someone who won in the arena so at the beginning nobody is powerful and the longer you are around with a win you get stronger
I’m a big fan of this game! It’s fun, it’s crazy, it’s wild and it’s GODLY 😂 But a few things I don’t like… mountains, I get it for real life because we couldn’t control how earth was made lol. But for this game it’s a waste of space. A completely different thing is revolution, I don’t get why when a weaker nation rebels it sends its troops to die and the main empire will have enough army to invade the rebels (remember left empty cause all the troops left) so the rebels lose… why don’t they defend or try to raise demons/mages to help them? I know it’s a computer AI game but I almost always make the main empire let rebels free. I force the war to end 🤟😝
