10: Belarus 6: Estonia 5: Armenia 4: Latvia 3: Azerbaijan, Ukraine 2: Croatia, Cyprus, Israel, Lithuania, Slovenia 1: Finland, Germany, Greece, Malta, Romania Nothing too unexpected. Very few from Western Europe (save for Malta and Germany, kinda Finland). 2016 would've seen top marks from all the ones we already knew plus Montenegro.

Also, anyone else think it's funny that Estonia saying their 12 in 2013 went to their neighbors, it could've been one of three countries that hadn't scored yet, and ultimately Lithuania and Finland didn't even score with them? I dunno. Just me.

to give you an example: Norway finished in 2nd place in 1996 by not receiving any 12 points.

@@fredadamo7540 True. And that is honestly a pretty amazing achievement. However 2012 had way more participants, which makes placing high with few sets of 12 points even more odd. What's also funny is Belgium's points in 1982: Every participating country gave them points, but not one of them gave 12.

The person is bulgarian-born russian singer philip kirkorov he is very popular in russia he wrote moldovan 2021 entry "sugar". but except that i don't know why he was in green room at 2007, 2016, 2018 & 2019. (that's the editions i know he was there) If there's more years where he philip was in green room tell me.

Wait - why do Russia often finish in the top 5? oh wait.. Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Ukraine. Russia can send almost anything, but still do well because of these countries.

@@lxtatar7773 if you read my comment again, the you'll see that I'm actually mentioning many countries. Scandinavia consists of three countries (Norway, Sweden and Denmark), and votes from neighboring countries are hence not sufficient to qualify. The same counts for Cyprus and Greece.
