2014, 2020, and 2021 are gonna probably be the missed opportunities that hurt most when you all is said and done. Green Bay should've run away with that 2014 NFC Title Game in Seattle after completely dominating that one for over 3 quarters, it's still baffling all these years later how they actually found a way to blow that one. 2020 saw Rodgers finally get to play an NFC Title Game at home after playing his first 4 on the road, but he still wasn't able to reach the Super Bowl even with the home field advantage. The 2021 knockout was especially painful since the defense played outta their minds yet they still inexplicably lost after rough performances on special teams and offense.

And yet, somehow, Rodgers NEVER gets questioned about repeated post season failure like some other QBs despite being the favourite so many times.

The NFC is in trouble because of the NFC West. I mean we can talk about the young talented QBs in the AFC. But an injury or life problem or cancel culture can take out a QB like we saw with DeShawn. But the NFC West has 3 young coaches who can each coach for like 30 more years. And like we saw with the niners this year. Even if a team has huge holes in it, a well coached nfc west team can drop any team in the play offs. Even the SB favorites.

It’ll be interesting to see who out of the young QBs has a career similar to Rodgers. Immensely talented but only wins once.

Could have played better in many games, he really could have, but it's insane the amount of bad luck and poor defense/special teams has occurred in his playoff career. In 2009, he put up 45 in his first postseason start and lost because the D gave up 51. In 2012, he lost 45-31 in 2012 because they allowed over 300 yds rushing, with Kaepernick having almost 200. In 2013 he was injured and came back at the very end of the year and lost by 3 in a game with -25 degree wind chill to a run heavy team. In 2014, he was playing on one leg and the game was lost on a botched onside recovery, preventing him from seeing Brady in the SB. In 2015, his #1 receiver was Jeff Janis. He threw two hail Marys on a game tying drive, only to have his defense choke away the game in OT without him touching the ball. Im 2016, he ran the table to get into the playoffs, and then ran into Falcons team that put up 44, with Julio Jones being guarded by Ladarious Gunter, who survived 3 years in the NFL. In 2019, the defense was so bad that the niners rushed for 285 and Jimmy G only had to throw the ball 8 times. And then they drafted a QB in the first round. In 2020, his defense gives up a long TD before the half in an obvious prevent D situatuon because Kevin King is dumb. His coach decides to kick a FG on 4th and goal instead of allowing his HOF to have a chance to tie it, but instead allowing Brady to seal the game with a first down. I wont discuss the officiating in detail lol. In 2021, the game was sealed by a blocked punt TD. Possibly the worst Special teams in the history of football. It's honestly sad to look back on. But that sadness is nothing in comparison to having the privilege of watching him play every NFL Sunday for 15 years. Peak talent and ability, a master of his craft. The times he was injured and I watched the Packers, I honestly wasnt sure I even really liked NFL football that much lol.
