Well sadly it was going to be impossible to avoid putting someone great towards the bottom considering what the list is. I LOVED Infernape, but when you compare him to the others above him I kinda agree with the placing, though I’d have Charixard at 3 and Greninja would be 1, Sceptile 2.
@@Slayerboyz I can’t really justify it. One key thing to consider is that while Chimchar/Infernape was fantastic for Ash in Gym battles, he only fought in 1 of Ash’s 5 Sinnoh League battles, whereas Lycanroc was the key reason Ash WON the whole Alola League.
Heracross was kidnapped by oak and Barry used by ash in johto to call it an ace is a stretch it’s probably Bayleef or cyndaquil if we are limited to just his johto mons but let’s be real charizard and pikachu did most of the heavy lifting
1. Greninja: Battle bond, Carried ash in Kalos 2. Infernape : W Backstory, Insane ability 3. Lucario : Mega evolution + Aura boost 4. Charizard : Just a overall beast 5. Lycanrock: Won countless battles 6. Sceptile : Has one insane feat 7. Krookodile : Under utilized, good mon tho 8. Heracross : Good battles, win ratio low SB: Charizard is a goat, but Greninja, Lucario, and Infernape. Have some time of power boost that separates them from Charizard. And with those strong abilities, it means greater potential than Charizard, at base I think Charizard would beat all of them, But Infernape blaze ability his fire power would over power Charizard, Lucario mega gives a power boost then on top of aura bond is overpowering Charizard. And Ash Greninja no chance beating him, g Greninja was going toe to toe with a mega evolved Charizard, and Nearly one ash Charizard ain’t touching Ash Greninja. Charizard is a GOAT tho without a doubt
Idea, Lucario is on Ash's active journeys team, as well as Pikachu and every other Masters 8 tournament roster member that Ash went into battle with against the very Best the community has to offer. Heracross is out, because Bayleaf had more of an Ace battle record than he did. We know that Latias can transform herself into a human and back at will. Have ash step up with his journey's team to face off in his final battle against Pokemon Heroes' human disguise Latias weilding Ash Ketchum Pokémon regional Aces 7 through 1 that are not named Lucario. Ash Ketchum's journeys team vs a team consisting of his every other highly respectable Ash Ketchum Ace Pokémon. Now, that would be a way to cap off Pokémon Monarch, Ash Ketchum's 26 year long journey to become the very best like no one ever was. Oh, and one more tiny little detail, we actually get to see the entirety of that 6 vs 6 Pokémon Fight!
He would’ve been broken, LOL Ash’s Sceptile with overgrow ability and mega would make him the most broken grass type out of all the Pokémon ash has probably even more broken than his Rowlet.
The greninja hype is crazy infernape defeated 4 of Paul’s pokemon including his ace to get ash the win greninja never carried a team like that he lost to Alain with a type advantage and ash ran into the issue that Harrison had against Tobias by needing to rest it. Leaving sceptile and Pikachu as his aces for that battle
Wtf, greninja is the protector of Kalos and almost defeated diantha's gardevoir with unmastered bond phenomenon. Moreover Mega Charizard is a dragon type and greninja losing that finals is a pathetic plot imo.Greninja is way better
Greninja does not have a type advantage against MEGA Charizard X, and while beating several of Paul's Pokemon is impressive, I'd argue fighting Alain's Mega Charizard X on equal ground is more impressive.
Infernape's Feats For Those Who Still Think That His Only Feat Is Beating Paul's Electivire. 1# He Never Lost A Battle In His Blazed-Form. 2# He Beat Paul's Ace Electivire And Two Of Paul's Pokemon Before His Ace And Was Poisoned And Still Won, Note Paul Is The Dude Who Trained Ash's Champion Team. 3# He Fought Moltres And Didn't Lose Even Tho He Didn't Win He Didn't Lose So It Counts As A Feat, And It Adds Endurance Feats To Infernape. 4# He Beat Ash's Charizard In The Journey's Anime The Anime Indirectly Tells Us This. 5# He Beat Three Or Two Of Volkners Pokemon The Last Two In Blazed-Form And Volkner Is A Gym Leader That Comes Back In Journeys And Give Ash A Hard Time In The World Corination. These Are All Of Infernapes Noteable Feats And Not Just One.
Sceptile, imo, maybe not be the strongest ace... But, when it comes to personality (Outside of Pikachu), he can't be beat, period. His personality was his character. It didn't matter if he was in the foreground or background... His Sass knew no bounds.
I always kinda thought ash should’ve caught a lucario during the sinnoh arc(specifically the one he saved from hunter J). It also would’ve made more sense if Paul had that riolu instead of chimchar, since he was pushing him to use blaze, he could’ve been pushing riolu to use aura(which would provide a better explanation of why ash was a better trainer since aura involves having a better connection between trainer and Pokémon). Not saying ash shouldn’t have infernape(he would need it since it’s the only fire type in sinnoh), I would actually have lucario switch places with gliscor because gliscor is the only Pokémon ash caught from a region he explored in the past.
1) Greninja 2) Infernape 3) Charizard 4) Heracross 5) Krookodile The other 3 I can't rank as I never watched episodes after Kalos and i never will. Reason being that when I saw Ash lose the finals it got to me too much and was so tired of seeing Ash never win, when he thoroughly deserved to win on at least 2 occasions, either the Sinnoh league or Kalos league. Unova didn't feel like too much to lose and no very good rival character. Stefan was probably the closest, even more than Trip and he was meant to be the main rival character.
1. Pikachu 2. Lucario (give him a very slight edge to the other journeys mons but not by much) 3. Dragonite, Gengar, Sirfetch’d and Dracovish (all seem equally as powerful) 4. Greninja (not much explanation needed here, prior to the masters 8 tournament I’d say greninja was still ash’s best behind Pikachu) 5. Infernape (it seems to be treated like the leader of ash’s Pokémon at oaks lab and it definitely makes sense. Sorry salty Charizard fans but if you wake up to reality, the writing on the wall is there for infernape surpassing him. Also his potential is on par with greninja but ash doesn’t use him much sadly) Also I have watched every single episode from the anime so I feel confident in my theories
Would be Greninja if they didn't job him to Alan's Mega Charizard X 3 times in a row. Legit one of Ash's best Pokemon with some of the most impressive moves ever. Seriously to the writers though, how do they have Greninja evolve his water shuriken once against Mega Sceptile to 1 shot through a quad resistance, and then evolve it again to an even higher level just to leave a neutral Charizard X unharmed. That Charizard also only hit him twice while Greninja danced on him the entire fight out of a Dragon Claw and the final Blast Burn. I know Greninja is not a tank by any means, but they gave Greninja a literal water style giant rasen shuriken with a bit of spirit bomb energy in there just for good measure. The writers did him dirty to take his win from him after letting him do all that
To Be Fair Alains Mega Zard X Fought 50% Zyguard Head To Head Got In Between A Battle With Primal Kyogre And Primal Groudon Also Beat 10 Mega Evolutions And Possibly Fought Mega Rayquaza.
@@inktirrell5016 this is fair. Though it makes their "rivalry" feel a little undeserved when Ash and Greninja got bodied the first 2 fights and still lost in the 3rd match even after putting up their best fight they ever had after going through loads of training. It kinda makes you wonder why Alain was so invested in them to begin with when he was that far ahead and battled so much stronger of Pokemon as those legendaries
A. Were tfk is pickachu who literally beat the world's strongest pokemon. B. Infernape should be abovd Lycanrock. Yes Lycanrock won the Alola League, but compare the Alola League to the Sinnoh League and the level is a lot lower in Alola (Paul would probably beat Gladion and he didn't even get into the semi's). C. Is Lucario a regional Ace? What region? He's def an ace, but...
Infernape can control blaze, and not only did he take out half of Paul’s team but also beat many Pokémon of gym leaders and beat Paul’s OP Ursaring twice, as well as take down a horde of Zangoose
@@sanemithemuffin3888 he has not beaten Charizard. Evidence, especially the most important evidence of all in powerscaling, feats, points otherwise, as Charizard's feats are better than Infernape's.
@@anotherperson2660 I think Infernape does have better feats than Lycanroc, literally Lycanroc's best feat is taking down Lycanroc midnight form, who is not even gladion's ace while Infernape took down half of Paul's team while being poisoned including his ace electivire, I know you will bring up the Incineroar fight, but Lycanorc barely beat Charizard afterwards. I do agree that Infernape is slightly overrated on the power side. But power wise aside, he is the best and has most complete character development from that show, bar none, since he was not generic like the others aces.
Imagine how much stronger ashes zarn would be if ash had 6 plus generations of experience as a trainer? Ashes charzarn would be op and stronger than Leon’s zarn
I really do think that Greninja should have been first since charizard didn’t even listen to ash and Greninja also has his ash greninja form which was just insanely op even though he lost
I really don't think there is an ace in Alola. They say it's Lycanroc because he was the last Pokemon in a 3v3 battle that won him the league, but any Pokemon in Ash's line up could have done that. All of the Alola team is impressive in their own right.
Heracross not good? He tanked a Fire Blast and one shotted a Magmar with Megahorn the only problem was that he was rarely used and Infernape carried the Sinnoh team
They never said it defeated any of them, they said it battled with them, and they said it was a spar specifically, so they weren't even necessarily going all out.
The reason why Charizard is in this is because he's the goat I believe you gen 1 Gen 2 gen 3 Gen 4 and gen5 he really had no counter until they added an electric water type😂😂😂
Based on talent 1. Greninja 2. Lucario 3. Charizard 4. Sceptile 5. Infernape 6. Krookodile 7. Lycanroc Based on value to the team 1. Infernape 2. Greninja 3. Lucario 4. Charizard 5. Sceptile 6. Lycanroc 7. Krookodile
