Blindside is kind of a sick talent because Ambush itself can proc it and with the Vicious Venoms/Systemic Failure talents it makes Ambush itself smash, the increased nature damage from Shiv also enhances the nature damage Ambush will do too along with Zoldyck Recipe. Couple it with Shadow Dance/Nightstalker and you can potentially get a whole chain of free Ambush procs.
I have had a 300k kingsbane crit on a mm hunter prolly under geared after the nerf cold blood and kings bane is still great.i also like using septis for another huge dot and you can spam even more ambushes drop tiny toxic blades you onlyw ant shiv for the bleed damage increase anyway.
4:52 is why I watch this guy. He's mastered a class to the extent he knows the rotations flawlessly, and could probably click on abilities for a rotation faster than any of us. It's just nice to watch lol

The crit is what we want in PvP because it’s a ton of initial damage to go with the massive bleeds you already have on the target. It’s an extra 250k damage you can fit into your burst window while enemy healer is cc’d
I think there are multiple ways of playing assa, pretty sure bursting with the end of kingsbane can be viable too. One is more about surprising your opponent, the other is just easier to counter but has way more damage if you don’t have any tools to respond.
If you vanish/CB Kingsbane with them lower than 35% off shiv with Tea the Bane hits for 340k+, with shit mastery. @60+% that should nearly double it. Seems to be double dipping off crit modifiers somehow.
Indiscriminate Carnage talent makes garrote aoe, so aoe silence into aoe rupture into aoe shiv into coldblood kingsbane feels so smooth. Assa has never been this fun //sad feral player
Is it just me, or does he not have slice up for most of the games. Is it just bad? And he's shiving before kidney alot. I guess the kidney bleed works off shiv?
The Shiv is for the hemotoxin pvp talent, the damage isn’t what he’s really worried about. Slice is good, but not a huge priority. you’re never going to kill someone from auto attacking them, but you always have a chance for a kill as long as you have your bleeds up.
I love how I canonically discovered this first lol but it doesn't matter I guess since I cba to make vids. Cept I use echo over dance (also dance as sin is just stupidly unimmersive, keep that crap in Sub spec). Increasing the duration of a 7 combo Rupture via Echo will synergize with sudden demise, the longer the duration with the less health they have under 35%, the quicker they will die. Also Cold Blood + 7 combo envenom absolutely trucks dude, just as much as Kingsbane. Anyone who says otherwise and uses dance as fuggin Sin is reaching.
I love how blizzard is trying to fix 1-shots in pvp but keeps adding new ones every patch, like Goremaw, Kingsbane & Fel Barrage atm. I guess balancing team everytime has to invent a problem to keep getting paid for "work". What a shit show.
