Holy priest and pres evoker are the burstiest healers without a doubt. Maybe disc with ult pen offensively but it's a huge cd compared to chastise

Yeah, it’s a cluttered mess. PVP is pretty much dead even in season 4.

Its in built into the spec now, feeling down and slightly painful gameplay is part of the shadowpriest experience. We have had a few windows of being OP. Shadowlands s1 mindgames and dragonflight deathspeaker no cast build comes to mind
