Or at the intersection of two or three towels put there in order to prevent the effects of the disaster on your bed-cover and this is not one but the three you will have to wash!😅🤪
@@canadagoose6192 No, I actually haven't done that in a while... thankfully. The last time I did step on one, it covered most of my foot and I had to hop to the bathroom. That was hard because my legs no longer have much spring in them!
Ahhh, yes, that walk at the beginning as one tries to get to a place to clean their foot without tracking the mess everywhere - so extremely relatable! (The worst is when you have to walk on the side of your foot - we're at two days and counting!)
As a child we had a cat that would leave as we called them "landmines". Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night could be treacherous. You knew when the bathtub faucet turned on that a landmine had been hit. Although when my dad stepped in one the entire house would wake up to the sound of Yosemite Sam saying words that no one understood except CAT. All you could hear was giggles & laughter coming from every bedroom. We all perfected the heal walk which meant it went in between your toes & the toe walk (as shown in this video). Oh the good ole days. 🤣😂😺❤
I do that because my late cat liked to attack my bare feet. I guess he thought they were little pink sausages or something. He died 10 years ago, but I wore them for 13 years. So now it's just a habit despite the other fluff bas not attacking my feet at all.
Nothing like waking up in the middle of the night hearing that familiar hacking/heaving sound to seeing your cat barfing up on your bed! Thanks Buttons.
If the manufacturers of alarm clocks / programmers of smart phone apps made the sound of a cat puking as a clock alarm, no cat owner would never over sleep!
Same! I currently have 10 cats and 3 dogs (most of them are fosters) and I don't complain one bit about cleaning up after them. I am less disgusted by it than by doing my teenage son's laundry 🙀.
I watch a creative lady in Texas, JoAnn Barrandey, and she always says: "You make my heart happy!" I couldn't have said it better. That is what you do.
Oh, boy, you hit the nail right on the head with that saying. Between hair balls and just eating to fast….they think you never feed them enough , but they don’t look like they are not starving. Very true statement.
I knew exactly what you were implying as soon as I saw the way you were walking in the beginning. I actually put night lights throughout my entire apartment, just so I can see if there's anything on the floor that I should avoid while I go get something to clean it up. At one point, I had six cats in a one bedroom apartment.
Try it when you nearly legally blind without your contacts, first thing in the morning. I used to call it Cat Puke Minesweeper. My first two cats, one especially had a sensitive tummy and liked to run right after he ate, increasing the liklihood of it not settling well. My current two have barely ever puked. Thankfully.
I usually see it before I step in it as it's dark because my cat is dark (bezoar lol) or the food is darker than the carpet. I have lots of cleaning products here.
