We have control over our mind and should not let negative emotions take control of our minds for they lead to negative feelings, depression being one of them. We should strive to be positive no matter our circumstances. You can’t do it on your own. You need the help of the Holy Spirit and all will be well. I have been one to go through negative feelings my dear.
