Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn feels like it's ripped straight from the comics, especially in The Suicide Squad which gives her a much more comic accurate look with the red and black costume and hair. Lady Gaga's portrayal is obviously not gonna be comic accurate, the first Joker film was basically an original film that just so happened to have characters named after Batman characters. So far though, the only real differences that we can see from the trailer regarding Harley Quinn is that she's an inmate when she meets The Joker instead of a psychiatrist and they seem to be making the Joker and Harley relationship healthier with the two seeming actually happy together and finding solace in one another
