In third grade, with the boys, we used to always act out. Never started no shit, but Diana gave me time out. What can I say, I've grown a lot, and so did my bank. Nine figures in the bag, while you're starting to sag.
@@TheWalletheadDrake sensitive ass care about any & everybody that don’t care for him or isn’t a fan of him. That’s why he wrote that essay to Joe Budden, Drake stay in his feelings
Thats facts, he was probably a simp who as he got rich and understood the nature of women, he started treating them bad. Now every album he really talking shit on bitches.@@andremartin7967
I subscribed cause he didnt overblow things outta proportion he gave his thoughts nd did his research speaking on wht he knew this is my new hip hop news page i rlly appreciated the video it wasnt alot of clickbait like they usually r 👍🏽
Kendrick came back in his most vulnerable form, letting us know what he's been through trying to repair his soul and rebuild with his family. Drake is a real bitch for that. And for the love of god, leave Rihanna alone.
@@DaReal_Vasco “Meanwhile, Kendrick has a history with Drake and Kanye, having collaborated with them multiple times and toured alongside them in 2012 and 2013, respectively. However, these bars allude most prominently to Lamar’s well-known beef with Drake in contrast to Kanye’s apparent mentorship, which dates back to the aforementioned Yeezus tour.”
Whats your intentions where is the influence you speak of You preached in front of 100, 000 but never reached her I fuckin' tell you, you fuckin' failure you ain't no leader I never liked you, forever despise you I don't need you The world don't need you, don't let them deceive you Numbers lie too, fuck your pride too, thats for dedication Thought money would change you, made you more complacent I fuckin' hate you, I hope you embrace it
@@el5139Yeah that was probably true like 10 years ago but those days are long gone. Just look at people like King Von. Telling the whole world their entire criminal history. And Drake might be soft but he definitely has people behind him who are hard. I know that in Toronto many people would crash out over Drake’s name and I can see why because Drake feeds the city of Toronto.
I can tell you’re not a culture vulture clickbaiting just to get likes..this video was well put together and even your opinions told no lies , you did your research so well. Subscribed!
Damn man that actually means a lot because I do get called a vulture sometimes because I’m white. I became obsessed with Hip Hop over 20+ years ago as a young kid. You’ll never see me cover gang politics or anything like that on my channel because I don’t have any business talking about that. What I can speak on, is the music and that’s where my content is going to stay 💯 much appreciated comment dude
Dont take it personally man Theres too many unauthentic Commentators in the Culture *Cough cough Adam22* I can speak up as a 100% black man family off the ships and all that this man is 100% for the culture and hip hop! And I’ll stand on that 💯 keep up the work brother I can tell u you’ve done you research and is already very knowledgeable about these situations 💯 (New Sub)
Dude even bringing up culture vulture for a video about breaking down Drake lyrics is just disrespectful. We’re so glad we got your stamp of approval buddy. Culture is not always a singular race. Any race is allowed to cover hip hop whether you like it or not so sorry bro you’re gonna have a hard time on RU-vid. Just bc you’re intention might’ve been good with that comment, you were too lazy to even think how your statement was unfair. You’re too sensitive.
@@kiannaminajI blame Future for messing that one up. Future feels entitled to every collab album and he was salty Drake did one with 21 before he did one with him.
“4 Grammys to my name 100 nominations” Is a diss to the Grammy Awards themselves. He’s complained in the past that they give him nominations & use his name to bring attention to the awards, just to stiff him every time. I believe Eminem has made similar remarks.
11:46 Kendrick says “Drake AND Meek Mill beef might got you gassed up” Kendrick was addressing Big Sean in those verses saying he’d do Big Sean way worse than what Drake did to Meek Mill
The thing about it is drake has been dropping lackluster projects for a while. He can drop every year but his projects get play because of his name and branding it's probably like 4 good songs on this album.
Bruh, thank you!! The dude really needs to find his old old ghost writers back from TML, TC, & NWTS. For the past 5-6 years, dawg shit has been straight ass.
@gameplayfepe5790 Drake just makes music that's playable on radios and clubs. He's a master at that and that's what makes him relevant. You don't have to decipher any bar he raps because his music is literal. That's why everybody fucks with it. Just because they play your music in the airwaves, doesn't mean you're a good artist. To me right now, he's okay. Not the best, not the worst.
Apparently, he also dissed Esperanza Spalding on “Away From Home.” They said he’s still upset at her winning the Best New Artist Grammy over him in 2011. The lines are: “Four Grammys to my name, a hundred nominations/Esperanza Spalding was gettin' all the praises.”
Yes sir I was looking for this comment. The next line after him talking about Spaulding is the line where WTD thinks Drake is talking about Kendrick. The Spaulding girl was on Michelle Obama’s playlist and then right after that, she beat Drake for best new artist.
@@brandonburns5365 he literally dissed her on the next bar that WTD incorrectly thinks is about Kendrick. Tho technically it could apply to both since they both were on the Michelle Obama playlist.
@johnnycage920 that's exactly the definition of hate, you could also not have an opinion but here you are, and i could care less how long you've been riding for another man lol
This man will never ever say this shiit to the people who he disses faces, every time he gets into deep water...he call people to help him like J Prince.
What's The Dirt using His Deep Diving Skills to do an introspective review of the lyrics on the album is Fire‼️🔥 Really Good Video 💯 As always keep up the Amazing Work 👊🏽
Also, I don't want to hear no Pusha T disses when you didn't respond appropriately when he was barking on you. Also, comparing Ri to Bey is wild since Ri is still a Billionaire and we still dying for another RiRi album after like 8 years of no album.
If you think about it, his music is a form of therapy. It’s the only place he can let it all out. He does go to therapy “my therapist’s voice is making the choices for me”…
@@Poeticalt911agree completely. Artists of any nature say it all the time, whether it’s drawing, poetry, singing, rapping, writing books, acting etc etc they all say it’s therapy for them. I’m all for him spilling out his mind on to songs.. I mean what else he supposed to do?
People diss each other time, that’s part of music and can make great music. Sensitivity literally makes the best music, so you should be thankful that some of your favorite songs come from that aspect
A few things: 1. Dissin a woman multiple times simply because she didn’t want you is lame af. Dissin a man that’s done NOTHING to you but hating because he has the woman you want…is lame af. Seriously man… 2. I will NEVER believe that J Prince BS. Drake had nothing to respond with! Push said “That’s why your parents will never be together and you can’t do anything about it. Your best friend is dying and you can’t do anything about it. Oh! And don’t think I don’t know about the son you’ve been hiding.” (IMO) Drake literally couldn’t hit him with anything harder. I personally believe J Prince did Drake a solid and just said that he told Drake to chill. Also Drake knows good and well his ghost writer can’t go one on one with Kendrick. He needs to stop…
Lots of misinformation here. And this is coming from a Drake, Pusha T, Kendrick, everyone fan: 1. He always disses ex girlfriends. We don’t know everything that goes on behind the scenes. Obviously more shit happened than we saw. Plus I wouldn’t call “heartbreak” songs “disses.” But he’s always been like that. I can’t argue if you still call that lame of course. I guess it is. And agreed on ASAP Rocky, unless there’s something we don’t know. 2. What don’t you believe about J. Prince? Drake being so angry he wants to do or say something out of character but doesn’t is the most Drake thing ever. He just proved it with his Joe Budden post. Someone should have told him not to. “Your friend is dying” of course he had nothing to say to that, at least that wouldn’t result in violence. Diss tracks are supposed to make THAT person look bad, attack THEIR character. His friend dying has nothing to do with Drake and Drake already rapped about his own son a week prior in subtle Drake fashion, everyone missed it. He obviously doesn’t run out of things to say though. I would agree with he was afraid Pusha T would have him killed if he responded with something worse, but believing he had nothing to ready to say is silly. Rapping about something that person can’t do anything about is suddenly a diss track now? I think anyone can say those things at any time. I’m surprised you don’t also consider that lame. And I love Pusha T. But that took zero creativity. Very smart reason he did it though. He didn’t diss Kendrick on this album, that was incorrect about that line. He’s done it a hundred times before this though. It’s nothing that personal or deep. Lastly, the ghostwriting narrative has been debunked for years now, including by his accusers and Quentin himself. I imagine you were being sarcastic. Drake is a well known ghostwriter himself, that’s why Dr. Dre hired him in 2005- what that line references- and forced him to prove his writing. That’s why he’s hired to write for others all the time. It’s okay to hate him, yes he’s petty and insecure, yes he’s emotional and soft. But we need to stop lying about people even if we don’t like them. It’s crazy.
Rocky to chill for that…MAYBE if the album or diss was more impactful but it’s kinda a fart in the wind.. I think he’s just somewhere like “ that boi a weirdo” 😂
Drake calling out Kendrick for not releasing as much music is hilarious. I like some of Drake’s music, but it’s not even in the same conversation as Kendrick’s. Kendrick makes music that says something that needs to be said. His albums are cohesive, have a defined message, and make a massive impact when they’re released. Each of them since Good Kid is a masterpiece. Drake makes party/background/radio music. There’s nothing to digest, it’s just (usually) catchy music by a talented vocalist. Also, Drake not needing to worry about writing all his lyrics (allegedly) surely saves him a bit of time lol. Also, does anyone else find it kinda sad how many times he disses Rhianna and ASAP because… him and Rhianna’s relationship didn’t work out?? The hell?
I really hope they all reply to this clown n rip him a new one the whole industry should clown him for always sneak dissing for no reason n always telling like a bitch woman should just stop fucking him too cuz he sure gin tell.... I ain't even go lie I listen to drake he's in my rotation heavy but I think after more life I kinda just put him to the back I mostly listen to his old shit i dont really kno his new songs and now I'm reminded why I stop listening
He wasn’t dissing Kendrick that was about Esperanza Spalding. She won best new artist over him and nobody knew who she was. She beat Bieber and Drake….she was also put on M. Obama’s 2010 playlist
Bro it’s kinda funny hearing drake diss asap and Rihanna like u know every day he thinks about that it’s funny knowing a grown man who’s has everything he wants us dying inside and proceeds to act like a child about it like bro she don’t want u she got a family 😂
I guarantee you in a few months all of you will fw this album heavy, every aside from that Sexy Red track is a good listen, it’s a trend to hate this man, you can’t have the good without the bad people always gonna b*tch 🤷🏻
Also: That "I'm the one you was wishin for, when you was married" could be a reference to that woman (i forgot her name) who went out to record with Drake, then her husband went on to say she cheated on him with Drake after 7-8 years of marriage. She recently signed to OVO as well. Sorry if the details are kinda sparse this happened a couple years ago.
