Crank sensor
A Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP) is an electronic component used in an internal combustion engine to monitor the position and rotational speed (RPM) of the crankshaft. The electronic control unit (ECU) uses this information to control fuel injection, the ignition system timing, and other engine parameters.
KNOCK SENSOR
Knock sensors are devices used in internal combustion engines to detect engine knock or detonation. The knock sensor detects vibrations and sends a signal to the engine control module (ECM), to prevent engine knock.
Knock sensors also play an essential role in the engine's performance by helping optimize the air/fuel mixture. The ECM can use the sensor's signal to adjust the fuel injection and ignition timing to achieve the best performance and fuel economy.
Air bag sensor
Crash sensors is used to detect a collision and convert it to usable signals within milliseconds.
Cam sensor
It is the one of the important sensor in the engine,The cam shaft position sensor is located in the cylinder head ,the function of the cam sensor is to point out the exact position of the cam shaft,it work together with crank shaft position sensor to maintain correct ignition timing ,
If the cam sensor is fail it very difficult to start the engine.
Coolant temperature sensor
Coolant temperature refers to the temperature of the coolant that circulates through the engine’s cooling system to maintain the engine’s temperature. Coolant is a mixture of water and antifreeze that is essential for transferring heat away from the engine’s hot metal parts. It is very important to maintain the correct temperature of the engine to perform smoothly, the engine coolant temperature sensor that sense the temperature of the coolant and transfer this reading to the engine control unit ,and this signal is help the ECM to controlling the radiator fan and engine firing.
OXYGEN SENSOR
An oxygen sensor, also known as an O2 sensor, measures the levels of oxygen in your vehicle's exhaust gases. It plays a vital role in ensuring the engine's efficiency by monitoring the air-fuel mixture combusted in the engine cylinders.
Oxygen sensor located in the exhaust system. Most vehicles come equipped with at least two oxygen sensors UPSTREAM SENSOR AND DOWNSTREAM SENSOR.The oxygen sensor signal is help the ECM to determine the air fuel mixture ratio, and also help to read the catalytic converter efficiency.
Map sensor
The manifold absolute pressure sensor, also known as the MAP sensor, is an important sensor in car’s engine management system.the map sensor is located in the intake manifold.
The MAP sensor is found in vehicles with fuel injection, and the primary function of the MAP sensor is to provide the Powertrain Control Module (PCM/ECM) with information about the pressure in the intake manifold.
Air mass sensor
The air mass sensor is an important component of the engine control system,It is located between the air filter and the engine’s intake manifold. In some cars, the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor is built into the mass air flow sensor.
it measures the amount of air entering the engine. and sends this information to the engine control module (ECM), or powertrain control module (PCM). The ECM or PCM then uses this information to determine how much fuel to inject into the engine.
Engine Oil pressure sensor
Oil is essential to a car’s engine. It helps to lubricate the engine parts and keep them working smoothly.
The oil pressure sensor is sensor is used to measure the oil pressure in the engine,it is the one of the important part in the engine.
