You missed one. It's the first encounter with Cornwall when John and Strauss get captured and Arthur and Dutch confront Cornwalls henchmen. Dutch says it's a case of mistaken identity and that his name is 'Archibald Smith'.

rip van winkle is actually an old folks tale about a man of the same name who was tired of his nagging wife, so he and his dog went into the woods, got drunk with some dwarves, and woke up 20 years later to a world without a nagging wife. the man proceeded to spend the rest of his life happily in a bar and telling his story to anyone willing to buy him a drink. i think john is using the name not only to make fun of milton since it’s clearly not his real name (like if you tell someone your name is cinderella), while simultaneously jabbing at abigail for being the nagging wife for interrupting his drinking

My FAVORITE bit of foreshadowing is Arthur's original horse's name (Boudicca) and it's relation to Tacitus (Basded off of Publius Cornelius Tacitus the Roman History.) This is mentioned between Hosea and Arthur and the beginnig of "Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego ." According to Tacitus, Boudicca was killed in battle via suicide (i.e. fighting Micah while dying from TB as suicide sacrfiice to avoid John being captured) or according to a different history (Cassius Dio) died of illness. The two endings of game where right that at a place called horseshow overlook. We overlooked it right away, so much foreshadowing in the camp

You forgot one from the Chapter 2 mission where Arthur and John rustle sheep for an auction, Strauss and John are held hostage by Cornwall’s men and Arthur and Dutch are being prosecuted if you wait long enough there is a string of dialogue where Dutch says his name is “Archibald Smith”. I believe it’s the first fake name the gang uses in the game.
