In my opinion, stories like to be beautiful and count the ways are fan favorites because of how appealing they are to the target audience of these novels, teenagers. I personally found Sara’s struggle with her personal image and Millie’s struggle with her family and relationships relatable which made them more memorable than the other stories. So even if their pacing is boring and bad to other readers to me and surely others my age the focus on mundane life is entertaining enough to ignore the fact those stories could use better pacing.
I find Out Of Stock, Pizza Kit, and The Real Jake to be a lot more relatable. The first two tackle the subject of growing up and rebelling against your parents and the second one talks about death and how it can affect others.
Am I the only person who actually got sad over Millie, she sounded so nice but her life sucked and you could relate to her but it really hurts me that she died, yeah that’s the point of the books but Millie it just struck something in me
@@bigmangeorge5178 For me it was Payton. Payton seemed like a genuinely kind and funny person to hang out with but she just went insane after Marley seemed like she died. I can’t imagine going through those dreams.

Honestly I didn't enjoy most of the stories purely down to subjective reasons but now and again there were some truly brilliant ones. I liked Into The Pit, Out of Stock, Coming Home, The Man in Room 1280, The Real Jake and most of the Stitchwraith Epilogues. There are definitely some real gems in this series even if the series as a whole never quite managed to justify itself to me. I'm still willing to give Tales from Pizza Plex a go so this series at the very least has kept my appetite for written FNAF media alive.
I actually like In The Flesh, stories where the protag isn't a good person are super interesting and more than bland protagonists that I'm meant to project onto I'm also a huge gore fan but gore doesn't sit well with everyone so I get why you might not enjoy it I just really like the story and I'm not sure why, but it's okay you don't everyone has their thing

Basically for those who don’t know Eleanor caused all the events in the series so she can get remnant which in this world is just what Venom is to Bane and it’s revealed that the ball pit from into the pit is all the months in many various years Eleanor after killing Sahara finds the ball pit to go back in time Various times to kill people to maximize the remnant causing the events in the series and the series ends with *SPOILERS* Still here? Okay the series ends with Jake locking Eleanor in his soul then hoping inside the ball pit and let’s it consume him killing both of them and so Jake goes back to those times and brings peace to Eleanor’s victims the first being Milly confining her death and after he brings peace to her soul one ball pit ball turned gold showing the happy ending then the rest turn gold with all of the characters killed throughout the series getting a happy ending inside of their own universe.
I definitely think count the ways had potential to be the best story of the fazbear fright books. The very unfortunate but very common thoughts of suicide, especially in the recent generation is really well portrayed in this story, and shows that death isn't a handsome gentlemen but a cold scary and cruel fate we all must succumb to eventually. The psycological horror of being inside funtime freddy and having to decide her fate really showed we all have to enjoy the limited time we have on this earth and never take it for granted and that's a beautiful message. But good God this story was paced horribly and that's why it can't even reach top 5
My top 5 : Step closer: I really like this story. Pete is an overall good protagonist. His backstory can be also relatable. I also like the ending, i feel so bad for Pete. Also i love the lore. I put it so low cause i prefer the other stories. 4- Bunny call : i think Ralpho is a pretty interesting animatronic that I want to see more. I also like the concept of this story and I do like the ending as well, it's interesting. 3- Into the pit : I think Oswald is a likeble protagonist. I also like the location and especially the ball pit. I think this story's lore is also amazing. It literally tells us the missing children incident time which is a part if the game's timeline. Also the story is entertaining. 2- The real Jake : I know the story has no FNAF in it, but the story it self is pretty good! It's so real. It honestly makes me feel like this isn't FNAF and it's the real world which I love about this story. Also the story is memorable because of how realistic it is, it makes me actually feel what's happening to the characters. Also i love how this story is about a character who is kinda important in the book universe. Also it's pretty sad 1- Out of stock : I think we all know why this is amazing! It's full of action, it has a good protagonist, it's entertaining, it's cool, the ending is great!

I like in the flesh because it's entertaining to see him devolve into madness. Also the Man in Room 182 is underrated. I love the protagonist and its direct relation to the rest of the lore.
I definitely realize how different our horror tastes are. I adore body horror, and In The Flesh, He Told Me Evrything, To Be Beautiful, Room For One More, Gumdrop Angel, and Sea Bonnie's were all really enjoyable for me
Upon reading the comments, I came to the realization, that apparently people didn't get scared to death while reading Fetch. It personally got my heart racing so damn fast.
I mean, yeah Fazbear's Frights as a book series is seriously upsetting or graphic sometimes, but also ironically the Animorphs books are also Scholastic and quite dark in several cases as well. Plus the body horror of basically every cover. Is it weird to want some sea Bonnie's provided they had the same powers but not cruel intentions? Like it is kinda upsetting to be taken over but telepathy and intelligence are pretty freaking cool. The Puppet Carver seems to at least have some explanation for the old, wierd humanoids that Henry Emily made indirectly by maybe figuring out how to make wooden animatronics cheaply while also detailing the design conventions that a lot of the weird humanoid animatronics have since most of the ones we know are Animal based besides the Puppet, Balloon Boy, and Music Man.
honestly coming home is one of my favorites because of how Susie (the girl who was stuffed in Chica) finally finds peace with the help of her sister and having closure on this tragic tale of loss and guilt. Tho one problem I have with it is that it never explains Chica's motive and reason too keep Sammantha (the sister) away from Susie's doll.
I love how you mentioned Funtime Freddy acting like a person in Count The Ways because that's what caught me off guard when I read it and Funtime Freddy has so much personality which was an aspect that added a lot to the story. After reading Count The Ways he became my favourite FNAF character despite not caring about him before reading the story. I just love his personality so much, the way he's unpredictable, unhinged and straight up batshit crazy.
ngl I LOVED The New Kid I'm so happy that it scored quite high on the list! I've always loved Devon as a character and how (in my opinion) thought out he was! (from what I remember). He's always seemed pretty realistic as in how he acts because of the whole "abandoned by his dad and ignored by his mom". And the fact that most of his actions have an underlying reason is pretty fun
While it's not my favorite, 1:35 AM is probably what scared me the most. The whole thing with Ella never being there, and the whole descent into insanity, it actually kept me up at night. Just thinking about possibly feeling a tap on my shoulder while on my bed, just for me to turn the light on and there be nothing there.
My fav story is actually one of the cut ones Your the band and here is why 1: pacing, while it’s not perfect it’s pretty darn close. We get to know the characters pretty quick and get the Freddy’s connection really quick 2: we get some cool lore hints and even explicit lore, like mike. 3: the ending isn’t stupid and sad The overall plot of the story is this. A little kid named Timmy gets obsessed with fnaf and his mom gets him a Freddy mask off eBay, but when he puts it on he starts to act weird, timmys mom and a former secruity guard named mike find Timmy on stage at Freddy fazbears preforming beside Bonnie and chica, after getting attacked by the puppet mike puts the mask back on Freddy and saves the day How did that masterpiece get cut but they kept in the flesh, sea Bonnies, and faz goo
Tbh I love stories like “In the flesh”. Having a few stories where the protag is unlikable and/or downright hateable is one of my favorite parts of Fazbear Frights!Along with stories where the antagonist is a bit more subjective like “The new kid”(personally I think thats more of an everyone aside from MAYBE Mick sucks situation all details considered)it gets boring after a while only having protags you can or are supposed to side with and reading a bad or better yet awful person getting whats coming to them is kinda fun.
Bunny Call has always been a favorite for me because it feels like a FNAF flavored Evil Dead. And if the FNAF movie can't keep a director, I think Sam Raimi could make a pretty fun film in the FNAF setting, and Bruce Campbell would be pretty good as Henry or someone else.
Honestly your channel is just so much fun to watch just chill random fnaf stuff and I love it! Taking a break from crappy controversies and fangames and crying about security breach and just appreciating all the little things Scott has done for this series is why I love your channel so much. If you're comfortable leaving a comment still talking about Fazbear Frights, are there any stories you think could be expanded on in the Tales from the Pizzaplex series? Or could be referenced? I could easily see them casually mentioning a Gumdrop Angel in the Pizzaplex as a passing detail. I also had my own idea for a sequel/expansion to one of the stories as a Pizzaplex universe story, but that's just fanfic.
It is definitely possible for them to be referenced, or even maybe directly connected! However I don't really think they'll go down that road. this new book series was likely made to appeal to the new SB FNAF fans so making plots based on the other series does not seem super likely unfortunately. Little nods or easter eggs to FF would definitely be nice though :)
@@freddypopcollector I can agree with that! I think there will definitely be nods and Easter eggs, but not in every book. I think it would be fun to see if people can make connections to them existing in the same universe as the Fazbear Frights books, or if these will seemingly be connected to the SB game this time around.
Ngl I really liked what we found, for me it is No.1 on a tier list, I really like how they portrayed Springtrap and the other animatronic as traumatic events from Hudson's life, and the overall idea of Springtrap driving somebody into madness step by step, and making them lose their grip on reality is quite terrifying and interesting.
I think that Find player two is one of the best because it could actually happen in real life, which makes it even more terrifying. And that ending, man…
My top five favorite fazbear frights stories 5- Your the band, a really good story with a lot of Fnaf in it. I like a lot about this story the main character is really nice, the main premise of the story is really cool with the Freddy mask and how one of the spirits takes over the body of the main characters son, and there’s not a lot of filler. But it goes at number five because the ending to the story feels very rushed, I was very excited for the puppet and mike stuff but was kinda disappointed when they only did something at the last 6-5 pages and the puppet barely actually did something. I just wish the story was a little longer so we got to see more with them but the story we have now is still really good and is still a definite read. 4-1:35 am, a very overhated story that deserves more love. It has some of the best physiological horror in the series and I love how it’s very subtle, Deliah is a really good character, she’s very sympathetic and she kept me interested during the story, I love how Ella was used and how she was never really there and I like the ending and how chilling it was without going overboard. Great story I recommend. Also this was a tie between the new kid but I decided to go with this one it could change tho. 3- coming home, a really great emotional story that I just fucking love. The main characters Susie and Samantha while being are still very complex characters with a lot of depth to them including there mom as well, the twist that Susie is actually dead but we’re just seeing her soul move around the house was really surprising for me and caught me off guard in a great way, seeing how the family is doing 1 year after Susie’s death was great, and the ending was very sad and sweet at the same. Amazing story 2-what we found, as a person who is not a big fan of Fnaf 3 as a game, this story is just great you know what not even great these top three stories are spectacular and peak Fnaf literature. The main character Hudson is again great and definitely the most interesting out of the main characters in this top five, his backstory is just so interesting to see unfold during the story and he’s just so sympathetic, the hallucinations bring in the best psychological horror in the series, the way springtrap was used in this story was fucking amazing and while I enjoy in the flesh this story is definitely a better representation of springtrap, the pacing was great this story is a good balance of character development and action and the action is great there is so many memorable scenes and that ending boy was that depressing. I don’t need to say anymore it’s fucking great what else do you want me to say. 1- STEP CLOSER, a masterpiece of Fnaf fiction and no one can tell me otherwise, I can write a five paragraph essay of why this is such a good story and ace that shit but I will go on. The main character is the one I most relate to because a lot of the things he says about authority after his parents divorce reminded me a lot about what I said during a similar situation actually really similar because my parents did get divorced( don’t feel bad it happens to most of us), and I also just love his character arch and becoming a better person and I love the scene where him and his brother start to bond again I thought it was sweet and I know people compare Pete to Alec but I think Pete is a better version than Alec because he’s a more relatable character. The side characters are also really nice and enjoyable they really build up the world, Pete’s parents while flawed are definitely trying there best to raise there kids, Petes locker buddy and the kid with purple hair are pretty nice people from what we see of them and I don’t know why but I love Maria(Petes childhood friend) we don’t get a lot of her but the scene where her and Pete talk at Freddy’s is weirdly cute and you could tell there childhood friends in that scene alone. Speaking of scenes the bedroom nightmare, and the school carnival one are some of my favorite scenes in the series. And the whole story premise is really fun dealing with a curse situation that gets worse each day. The ending where petes whole family react to his death is just amazing in how it’s written and presented and it being very realistic, and the surgery scene is also pretty terrifying. And just in general this is the best representation of a fazbear frights story with it having Fnaf involved but adding something new to it like in this case a curse. I can go on but just to keep it short step closer is IMO the best fazbear fright story and I’m excited to see what the writer Kelly Para does in tales from the pizzaplex. anyways READ IT

My favorites are Fetch and the new kid, I really liked Kelsey unlike Devon, AND it was hinted that Kelsey was already dead even before the ''accident'' with Golden Freddy. He was probably just using an illusion disk or could take forms of other people since he was dead but I strongly believe that Kelsey is Cassidy. In one of the parts in the end of the books (Bunny Call was the one i think), they literally say what Kelsey is. Just like what Devon saw, a black haired little kid dies and randomly messes with people (?). Oh thats Kelsey. I liked it sm
Your videos are GREAT its not like any other channel where you have to actually be watching the entire video but for you i can just sit down play some games and listen to you talk about fnaf for what feels like 30 minutes is actually 50 minutes your voice is so calming i like how your not like any other youtuber where they scream every seconds anyway i felt like i had to write this.
My favourite part of The New Kid was when Devon pelted a bird with a rock then Mick is so disturbed and Devon didn’t show emotion. I was slack-jawed reading it.
The thing with Jumping For Tickets is he can't just steal the Xbox cuz 1) there's prolly a security system and a protective case and 2) even if he did manage to steal it he'd have to keep it under wraps cuz someone would see he has it and know he stole it Also tfym about the later books I thought Gumdrop Angel was the community favorite volume
The thing about these terrifying tales, they just give people a very weird experience, as if you're in the story itself. Imagine seeing all that if you were one person in one of those novels, these continuing terrifying tales..
I'll purchase the 12 book set and I wanna read every FNAF book, also just so you know, they're currently releasing a new series of books, graphic novel versions of The Silver Eyes trilogy, graphic novel versions of Fazbear Frights, there's an updated version of The Freddy Files, and coming now is 7 books in the new series Tales From The Pizzaplex

Sergios lucky day: it’s okay, decent ending 32. Sea Bonnie’s: the most boring ff story, but at least it’s not bad 31. The breaking wheel: poorly paced with a boring main character 30. I respect your opinion but count the ways is my favorite of the book series I get that some people might not like it and that's fine you guys don't have to like it but I personally love it it's my favorite of the series I don't know it just it's so good how it uses Funtime Freddy as a guy that does not care if you're a good person a bad person it doesn't matter if you're in the stomach you're going to die That's just my opinion I can get why you like it but not think it's one of the best I just personally disagree Fetch is my second favorite.
I really liked "Dance with me" and "Room for one more" since I love Sister Location. "Dance with me" story gives you a lesson on what you shouldn't do, no deaths. At the end of the day everyone's opinion is gonna be different.

The real jake especially feels like the writer had read the backstory behind Freddy in space 2, and decided, “hey, that can be the backstory”, it turned out good and was sweet and sad, the real villain was cancer

I'll be honest my top favorites for the Fazbear frights story would literally just be all of the first and second book (though I completely agree with you on the to be beautiful part), and the prankster story. Other than that I'm not the biggest fan of the rest of the stories though. Though The Cliffs was an interesting story imo.
I think friendly face is cool. I've never read it but the short explanation makes it sound intriguing. Imagine this: its WW3, were on the battle field, and out of no where, an army of robot soldiers burst out of your local pizza joint and kill all the enemy's like freaking terminators.
Havent played any fnaf games. But i do like the idea behind security breach. (I like to think the pizzaplex was built by repurposing a dying mall. Which would explain the size. ) Being kid sized and sploring at night.
i accept everyones opinions on the fnaf books bc lets be real, they are very, random. Atleast most of them. So far ive only read 1-11 because im poor and those r the only ones dawko has done and i cant afford to actually buy them but back on the topic, i personally think that the fnaf books do have connections with the games (duh) like for example, sea bonnies. William coudl have been experimenting with other ways to take over the human body or so, that also follows with fazgoo and gumdrop angel, but yeah thats just my viewing on them. my favorite book so far is probably 1 : 35AM idk why it just makes me feel like it has a connection with charlie and could be an item from charlie and henrys agony (just a crappy theory i made up) and my least favorite is probably that one with the minireenas i forgot its name, i mean i love the story and it shows how after the sl animatronics left, what happened with them. It just gives me the chills and makes me sick to my stomach so yeah
Been with fnaf since the beginning but wouldn't call myself a dead hard fan don't know everything in every game but played most of them. I stared getting into the books last year and I'll agree with you some of the stories are slow or over graphic but the story The Cliffs got me most cause I experienced my kid just being gone but luckily found her within an hour I couldn't put the book down and so glad it was a happy ending. Also agree with In the fresh I hated the main character and was happy he was killed at the end. So of the stories do need some work but most I've enjoyed
Kids at play actually works pretty well and has a actually interesting concept behind it even if it was unintentional. The idea of a man becoming so shrugging with grief that he desires to be given the same fate of the person he took the life of is very depressing. It's better if the supernatural elements were just caused by him, like he made his gruesome ending and it gets worse when we're given the knowledge that the kid survived. If this was a short creepypasta it would have been a way better is what I'm saying.
Step closer was my first fazbear frights story, i'm Finishing coming home but as you said: IS SO SLOWW, i'm kinda late to those books but back when they were being released I was too scared to read a book in English (I know my grammar is trash but I do understand everything) I would give step closer a 9/10 too, I actually enjoye dance with me, so 7/10 and coming home is being trash so far
I generally like the ones with ghosts/possessed animatronics or toys, and dislike the Goosebumps reject stories. I definitely can appreciate that some of them with terrible plots are well written, though, like Sea Bonnies, while others that I really loved could have used more editing or a few extra pages of explanation. There are only about 6 stories I wouldn't outright recommend someone read, and even then I wouldn't tell someone not to read them if they wanted to.
nice work on this video bro! i absolutely adore these stories and they’re one of my favourite things about this franchise. although there were a couple things that didn’t really make sense to me, like the stuff about kids at play. joel doesn’t turn into dirt or dust at the end, he turns into one of the signs, that’s why there’s one at the scene of his death. they even foreshadow it after his first encounter with one. other than some of the other stuff you did great!

I also really like fnaf 3, I wish they had more like it. The idea that an AI needs to to think of an attack plan to catch you off guard is brilliant! Even more cool considering stuff like this only came into popularity by 2022, yet that be doing it in 2015

I remember reading lonely Freddy and 1:35 am (or whatever time) and being SUPER scared. The thought of being trapped in something and not being able to move, mixed with the dark, is terrifying to me. I mean, count the ways is a good one as well, one of my faves (aside from fetch, lonely Freddy and into the pit) but it didn’t get me as much as those two stories did

I just realized in step closer Pete is still conscious when he dies and he can only lose conscious when his arm and his eye are donated so If he wasn't an organ donar would have Pete been conscious the entire time of his death??
